He came to check out our air conditioner and he said that they have ran out of Freon and suggested a replacement of the whole unit. We agreed and he told us that he will be coming back the next week to install a new unit, and then extended a week. About 4 weeks of getting him to replace our air conditioning unit, My son-in-law called him and told him that we need the air conditioner to be installed already, and 2 days after that call, he finally came and installed a new unit for us.

they ended up breaking the toilet in four pieces and replacing it, and requiring me to pay for a new toilet.

Great key had to replace some parts and i didnt have buy a new unit yet.

Their technician (Keith) arrived right on time. He assessed the problem with central air unit; determined what had been the problem for over 10 years and recommended the appropriate repair. The unit could not be fixed on the day of visit due to Keith's schedule; however, he would contact us within a week to schedule the repair. From my perspective, at least we now know what the problem has been and very fixable.
