Constant Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning

A few weeks ago our ac was not working and it was a very hot day. I called several companies and only one company called me back. Rob from Constant Comfort Heating and Air. Rob said that he would be able to come to our home but it would be later as he had several calls ahead of us. He called me at 5:50 and still having a couple of jobs left, I decide that the next day he would come to service our ac unit. As promised, Rob showed up as planned. Our ac unit is an older unit and we suspected it was on its last leg. Rob who is extremely knowledgeable confirmed our suspicions. However, he did not want to leave us without ac so he was able to put a “bandaid” on it so we were able to have ac. We discussed that the longevity of the repair was uncertain and we hoped we would get through the summer and replace it in the fall. However, the unit was being finicky and decided to move forward with replacing the unit as soon as possible. I contacted Rob to do the installation but he was not able to do the installation until the fall. He then so graciously offered to give us “two cents” on who we choose to replace our ac. I asked him about two different company’s. One company he honestly said he was not familiar with and the other one he knew very well and he gave a great review. In the whole process of choosing a different t company, we exchanged multiple texts with Rob and he offered much assistance which he had no obligation to do. He owed us nothing but he went out of his way to provided EXCEPTIONAL service. One of the problems I find in the service industry is simply having people return your calls. I still have not heard back from the several companies that I called. Rob not only returned my call in a timely fashion but he went above and beyond and continued to assist me even though he was not installing our new ac unit. How often do you encounter someone who goes above and beyond like that? If you are in need of ac or heating service, I strongly recommend you contact Rob. He very knowledgeable and dependable. I promise, you will not be disappointed

John Gach the owners was incredibly professional, and knowledgeable about his product. His work was precise and had pays attention to detail while being kind and considerate of our home and pets. We had a new central A/C installed as well as a new furnace. It was a big job and he and his team stayed on sight for 12 hours straight to complete the job. I would highly recommend this business to family and friends.

I've had John from Vantage out to my house now on two occasions within the past couple months. The first time I had him over for a routine inspection of my furnace as it was sporadically having trouble firing up. He gave it a thorough look over and cleaned up a lighting element that appeared to have resolved the issue. In the couple months since, it has worked without issue and was dependable over the stretch of single digit temperatures we recently had. I then reached out to John for quotes on a whole house humidifier. He had numbers to me the same day and were able to schedule an installation in a very reasonable amount of time. I was not in any hurry but John worked around my busy schedule to get the job done. Overall, if you're looking for solid HVAC service, give Vantage a shot. I have been super impressed with the work on both jobs an am very pleased with the pricing. I think you'll be hard pressed to find a better value for your money.
