Maxim was great! The technicians did an incredible job cleaning the ductwork. I ask a lot of questions and they were able to answer all of them. They even took a cool video of what was inside the vents so I could see a "before and after" Highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My husband and I had a horrible experience with using this company for blind cleaning. They came out and I asked if they thought they could remove the paint from our blinds, they said yes, took the blinds and told me that I would receive them back in 3 business days. I called on the 3rd business day to ask when they were dropping them off, they told me it would be another business day. I called back that next business day asking what time, they said it was another 2 business days. I call back 2 business days later to ask the time and they state they won't be back for another 2 business days. I asked why I kept getting lied to about the date, was it because there is an issue with getting the blinds cleaned. The manager said that our blinds weren't a priority and we'd have them in 2 business days. I call back again, 2 business days later and they won't return the blinds. Claim it will be another 1 business day. They leave a voicemail at close of business telling me it will be delivered next business day. I call next business day and now they state I'm not on the schedule. Once the blinds were actually received the paint stains on one blind were worse than when we provided. The other of the two blinds you could tell hadn't been cleaned at all. They are a horrible company to work with, their treatment of us and lack of accountability for their issues was disgusting. They charged full price to ruin our blinds. AVOID AT ALL COSTS The phone calls will only show that I was given dates, every date I was given, I called back asking what time they will be dropped off and then was fed another lie or excuse. The gentlemen that took the blinds said 3 days and I called starting on the date they told me the blinds would be done. The company further tried to lie to the contractor claiming it wasn't paint when they have no idea because we have proof that the damage was done by painters. They were not in the home when it happened and they weren't even looking at all the stains I showed them when they came to get the blinds. I would not trust them with your property and they are willing to lie to not take accountability for their own actions.

We had Maxim out to clean our air ducts and carpets and would highly recommend them to anyone. Had water damage in basement bedroom from a kitchen sink leak and Gabe and his team at Maxim were amazing!!

I purchased a new home this year and was having issues with prior pet odor as well as the dryer not fully drying our laundry. Maxim came out and cleaned our air ducts as well as the dryer exhaust. It has improved the odor as well as fixed the issues with our dryer! They were quick and got the job done with minimal impact to my work from home schedule.

Excellent experiences with MAXIM. We have used them at least twice per year for the last 5 years for carpet and they have cleaned our ductwork. We have two dogs a cat and white carpet. Maxim has friendly, helpful employees and always do a great job!

Maxim did an outstanding job with cleaning out my air ducts. They were on time and very professional. Such a needed service since we have 3 large dogs! I especially loved the before and after photos they shared with us before they left!

We received their name from the people who installed our new furnace. We had a great experience with our air duct cleaning. They were within the time frame they stated, explained everything thoroughly throughout the process, gave us the cost up front, were very kind with my kids wanting to 'help' them, professional and thorough. They went above and beyond cleaning the outside of the returns and vents as well. All of them look so nice. Ours had NEVER been done in the 30+ years since our house was built. We had a 2" layer of dust, debris, dog hair, gunk and even a dead mouse in our vents. GROSS! We feel like we can breath easier already and the air is crisper. I would definitely recommend them in the future to anyone that needs their ducts cleaned. We won't wait so long next time!

We've used Maxim 3 times over the last 2 years. First for rug and carpet cleaning. We then had them out to clean the air ducts after a remodel project and just a few months ago they cleaned all our leather furniture. Gabe's team is fantastic. They show up on time and the work is done right!

My carpets were cleaned 2 weeks ago, and no spots have re-appeared! My aging dog had left her spots, and I'd used other products to clean, which turned dark again, even after other companies had cleaned them. The Maxim technicians called ahead of time, were here as scheduled, and performed the work in a reasonable amount of time. I'm very happy with Maxim, they have earned repeat business from me and I've shared my experience with several others already! Maxim had the best price around for air duct cleaning. They were very up front about the pricing. There was no add on or upselling involved. Their technicians called ahead and were very prompt. Efficient in completing the work and provided all descriptions for thorough understanding. I was very satisfied with the services provided and would use them again.

Are you thinking about cleaning your vents? Hire them! So the two awesome humans who came out to clean my vents today had a flat tire. They told me they would be a little late, and the beat the original time they gave me to be done. The house feels...lighter? Seriously if you've not cleaned your vents please do so and do it with Maxim. I'm an interested person who likes to see what people do in their jobs and they took the time to explain and then show me. Vent cleaning is super fun to watch. They cleaned all the vents in our house and let me see what they were doing. I found rat poison in a vent and called them right away. They took care with every vent to make sure my house feels more like home then before. Pick them. It's worth your time.

The duct work in our 50 year old house had never been cleaned and when I took off the intake registers they were 50% blocked with dust. Maxim came in and explained what they were going to do and spent 1 1/2 hours on our 14 registers. When they were done it was amazing how they cleaned them all up. They were professional and very reasonable I thought. I only wish we had done this a long time ago.
