I called on a Monday and the plumber came the next afternoon. He was friendly and polite. He worked quickly and quietly, and did not leave a mess. We haven't had any problems with the drain backing up since. <br />

They were really helpful and very informative on general stuff. They were very helpful with showing me and teach me how to make sure everything stays clean in working order. They were easy to work with and offer a lot of different services that is very seldom, update, and studying an air conditioning.

Very professional and courteous repairman showed up exactly when scheduled to to do. He discovered the leak in the A/C unit had frozen everything up, so he flipped the circuit to power off the A/C and let me know he'd be back in a hour after everything thawed out. 1 hour later, he was back. He quickly figured out where the problem was and repaired it. He also gave the whole system a once over to make sure it was running in top shape. <br />

My AC was not working. I had called a different company first and gotten horrible service from them. I asked other people who they used and got 2 companies. I called Vilandre up and they made an appointment that same week. The guy came took a look inside didn't see anything wrong then looked outside at the unit. Saw it was out of freon, filled it up and started the ac. Still did not work then he did a leek test. No findings. He then opened up the unit and watched while he had it running. Turned out my compressor was bad and i needed a new unit. Even though he did not get it to work. He told and showed me exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. The guy was there for about 2 hours and all i paid was $97. <br />

and ForksI called Vilandre's for a price on installing a humidifier onto my furnace. I told the guy on the phone that I did not want to spend very much and he told me that he could send the experienced guy or the cheaper guy. The cheaper guy would bring down my price but still do a good job. I said, send the cheaper guy. The task was simple but took the cheaper guy about 8 hours, 15 phone calls and three trips to get parts. I should have requested the experienced guy or another company. They were nice enough to be upfront with who they were sending but and quot;cheaper guyand quot; could have been replaced with and quot;really inexperienced high school kid with no tools, parts or general knowledge.and quot; The saddle valve they installed leaked and sometimes the cheap humidifier they installed would not humidify! <br />

They came out in advance and inspected what we wanted done. They seemed fair and got the job done very soon after we called. I had used this company before to install a in-furnace humidifier and yearly furnace checkup and trust their work.
