Our air conditioning system failed on a Sunday afternoon when the summer heat reached 91°. The next morning, I called Diamond Heating & Cooling, and they immediately sent a technician to diagnose and fix the problem. Since our system was the original unit from when our home was built in 2007, a full replacement was necessary. I was given three clear replacement options to choose from. Once I made my decision, their team came out the very next day. By 5:00 p.m., we had cool air flowing through our home again! I highly recommend Diamond Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of heating or cooling services. They truly care about their customers, and you can trust they’ll take great care of you too!

I was a potential client. I arrived at the office at 8:45am on a weekday, before they opened. The workers were outside waiting for the office staff. The workers were helpful and friendly. I spoke with the secretary on the workers phone. The secretary suggested that I leave my phone# with the workers. The secretary never returned my call.

I could not be more pleased with the quality of service and general professionalism of the company. My Honeywell Truezone board fried during one of our recent power surges, so I called around to see who could install a new board. Several companies only wanted to install their board, which cost between $1300-1500 not including labor. I found a replacement board on Amazon for $400 and called Diamond about the possibility of installing it. They said yes immediately and came out and got my system running in less than an hour. I highly recommend them if you have any HVAC repair/service needs!

Great Job once again! Diamond HVAC came out and performed a service maintenance and inspection on my unit. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional and friendly. These guys are simply GOOD at what they do. I quickly signed up for their 3- carat diamond service maintenance agreement.

I want to take a moment to let everyone know how amazing this company is and their employees!! They are so professional and keep working until they find the problem. They continued to come back and fix the issues we were having g after having g a new unit installed. Never once with attitude or any amount of unprofessionalism. At that they even recorded and took pics of under the house of leaks we were having and informed the rental company for us!!!If you are looking for a HVAC company, I hands down 100 percent say go with these guys, they are great!!!

I used to use them before but they have a person that is in the area of kernerville, Al and he is too afraid of my dogs as they were on the back porch 12 feet above ground and he left without completing the work. I decided not to use them anymore and got a refund . The owner gave me a hard time And I would not recommend this company .
