I can't recommend Matt and his team highly enough! My 22-year-old HVAC unit finally gave out, and Matt was at my property within 24 hours of my initial call. He quickly diagnosed the issue — two major components were completely dead and a third was failing fast. While Matt is known for doing everything he can to repair units, so long as the repairs are <$1,500, he gave me an honest recommendation to replace mine due to the extent of the damage. His pricing wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but it also wasn’t the most expensive — and the quality of service absolutely justified the investment. The work was solid, the lines and seams were fully insulated, and everything was done with attention to detail. Matt personally came by to double-check the installation to make sure everything was perfect. His team was incredibly professional — friendly, polite, and respectful of my home (they removed their shoes without being asked). Communication was top-notch from start to finish. I always got a callback within the hour, texts when techs were en route, and Alex was especially helpful with scheduling and coordination. They even offered to lend me window units just in case my old system quit before my Airbnb guests checked out. Prompt, thorough, and genuinely customer-focused — this is a team that takes pride in their work. Highly recommend!

Was quoted from a multiple companies some outrages prices, one told me I needed a whole new HVAC system. I knew Matthew from spot on air from previous work he did at my job but misplaced his number. Once I found it and made an appointment Matthew and his team came out and diagnosed the problem right away. Awesome group of guys. The recent heatwave put a hurting on the 17 year old system. They came out and were able to get it work a little for me. They provided me with several options. Then we decided to invest in an upgrade. They removed the old system and Installed new one same day. Came back in a few days to just look things over, tune if needed, and see if I needed anything. All was good with the new system. Definitely recommend them.

Matt is a true pro and a a straight shooter. Unlike our former HVAC company who visits you with a tech and sales person, Matt only does what needs to be done to keep your system at peak performance. Not sell inventory

Matt with Spot on Air has worked on my HVAC unit twice now and provided excellent service. The first time the capacitor failed and had to be replaced. The second time I called him it was due to the thermostat no longer working. In both instances he was quick to respond and reasonably priced. I highly recommend his company.

Matt at Spot On Air first came to our home in 2024 when we had a major issue with an air handler installed by another company. He quickly found the issue and resolved the problem, checked out everything else, and explained findings in detail. We were having new issues this year when it was time to service the units. I called Spot On and Matt was here two days later. He serviced the units and checked everything after discussing all of my concerns. He helped track down one big culprit unrelated to our HVAC. Another company came out to repair my AC and told me it would cost $3000 to fix my AC unit and suggested I consider a new AC. They sent out a guy that quoted me $13,455. I called Spot on Air for a quote and the call taker told me 'maybe our tech can fix it'. Mathew Henry (owner operator) came out and looked at and had it fixed in 30 minutes for $350. Mathew understands AC and refrigeration, not just a parts replacer. He is honest, knowlegable, and fair. He offered me great pricing for a new AC unit when I need one. He was a Godsend and is now my go to go because he has earned my trust.
