Donnie did an amazing job with our HVAC system. Our AC unit went out. He showed up the same day and had us nice and cool in no time. He’s very knowledgeable and his rates are very reasonable. He cares about his customers which is hard to find these days.

I have to give the biggest shout out to Air Pro for fixing our ducts under our house!!!!! I did a lot of research finding someone to do our work and we are so glad we found them. I heard a “pop” and smelled ozone. Fan motor burned out. Donnie was here in two hours. Jury rigged the system to work until he was able to get a replacement unit. Replaced burned out motherboard as well. Fast and efficient.

Creative solution to installation issue

TL;dr: avoid this company if you value your time and money. We struggled with this company for over a week to get what should?ve been a very basic A/C repair completed. It took three separate visits just to diagnose the issue and then get a part ordered. On the FOURTH visit, after being without A/C for over a week, the repair person came out to our house. He spent three hours preparing the system for the new part. Then he realized the part that had been ordered wasn?t even the right one and that he would need to put in yet another order for the correct one and come back in ANOTHER two days. We canceled the appointment and immediately started calling other A/C repair companies. Air ?Experts? are grossly incompetent and have poor communication within the company. Avoid this company like the plague.

The Air Experts technician, Allen, arrived right on time for our semi-annual system check appointment. Everything was fine except the filter. No hard sale. No unneeded parts or repairs. Such a relief compared to other companies I dealt with in the past. I am grateful to Air Experts for this level of 5-star customer service.

Gabel Smith is very professional with a very nice personality. I feel good that he performed an excellent job with my furnace checkup.

Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation.

Trent with Air Experts was professional and explained everything clearly. I highly recommend him when you need a hvac technician.

Luis was wonderful. He was prompt, professional, courteous. He kept us apprised of the progress.
