Had a great experience with Jay’s Heating & Air this week. On Wednesday I first spoke with Kaitlyn at HQ & she was super helpful & easy to work with. She got me on the schedule right away for the next day to take care of my annual HVAC preventative maintenance through Jay’s Comfort Plan. The whole scheduling process was quick & painless. On Thursday, Nick came out for the service & did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly & very thorough going through the system. He handled all the preventative maintenance checks, made sure everything was running properly & took the time to point out a few things about the system along the way. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Overall, a really smooth experience from start to finish — Kaitlyn getting everything set up & Nick taking great care of the service. Install of Goodman AC and handler was great. The installers were professional and polite. Installers also did a great job of cleaning up after the installation.

Our heat pump failed on one of the coldest nights of the year. Jay’s H&C was out the next day. Since our unit was 20 years old, we decided to replace it. The Service Manager and Owner were very helpful in advising and guiding me to the best replacement system to serve my long term needs (performance and cost). I felt that they always had my best interests at hand. The installation went very well, and I’m very satisfied with our new heat pump. I’ll add that the communications and follow up from Aleks and her Office Team were excellent, including outside business hours. This company sincerely cares about its customers.

Our furnace started acting up during this cold snap. The service provided by this company was top-notch. Although the cost was an investment, the peace of mind and warmth were priceless. Special thanks to our technician, Gary. He is a true professional. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it quickly. What impressed me most was his dedication—he managed to stop by early in the morning despite a packed schedule to ensure we were taken care of. He even taught me some valuable maintenance tips for the future. If you are looking for responsive service and skilled technicians like Gary, I highly recommend them. 5 stars!

Last night my heat stopped working and my neighbor recommended Jay's heating and cooling. I called there number before they were opened and they had a service taking requests via the phone that were forwarded to them when they opened at 8:00 a.m. I was contacted around 8:05 a.m. and a very nice and talkative technician named Gary was at my home before 9:00 a.m. he quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a fair quote and had the work done in less than an hour. Overall I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the company if you're in needing of HVAC service..

We have had Jay’s Heating and Cooling come out twice within the last year for 2 different issues (one downstairs and one upstairs). Both times they have diagnosed the issue quickly and had them both fixed in an andequate amount of time. They are confident, efficient and very friendly. The entire process was handled in a professional manner and I highly recommend Jay’s!

Efficient and streamlined customer experience from start to finish, including informing me, on day of install, of some services and parts that I didn't need which saved me $1200 off of the original estimate. I was working with another HVAC company and was losing trust. Jay's was referred by a co-worker. From my first interaction with Kaitlyn, she was professional and able to work with my circumstances quickly and provide to me many estimates with quick turnarounds. After spending a week trying to figure out my situation I called Kaitlyn back and she was able to finalize my estimate and have the work scheduled for install 2 days later. Jay's earned my trust through open / honest communications. I will use them again when my 2nd unit dies.

Gary was fantastic, he came in to clean my evap coil for Dirty Sock Syndrome, but after explaining my issue he brought me up to the attic and helped to walk me through the entire system. Helped me understand that cleaning the coils wouldn’t be effective as they were already clean. Incredibly honest and did not charge anything for this as he didn’t do the cleaning service because it was already clean. Excellent service and highly recommended. It is hard to find honest people who won’t try and charge you for nothing these days! Will definitely be using Jay’s for my heating and cooling needs in the future.

The representative that came was wonderful, to say the least! Gary not only took the time to explain everything to me in an approachable manner, but he also answered all of my questions, and reassured me that my HVAC system was in order. I’ve such bad experiences with other companies in the area that I was beginning to lose hope that decent, honest companies still existed. However, I’m beyond blown away by the customer service that I received and I’m so glad I decided to use this new company. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Great install, but left some pieces of old ductwork insulation laying in the yard and under the house, but otherwise a great job at a great price. As an update, the Jay’s team came back and picked up all insulation and debris in the yard and under the house! I would recommend Jay’s to anyone! Their install passed county inspection!!!

We put in a request through Yelp and not even 5 minutes later, we had a message from Jay’s then a phone call from Katelyn in the office who took the time to listen to what we needed and what we were looking for then told us about their Comfort Plans and all the benefits of having one. We wasted no time at all, didn’t call around further and immediately got signed up and scheduled our first service! Looking forward to our first of many routine visits!

Excellent service from Jay's. Our heating went out three days before Christmas and we had a newborn at home. Jay's was able to provide prompt same day service and repair. Every interaction was professional and they were very communicative throughout the process. They will become our go-to for all future HVAC needs.

I had a positive experience with Jay's Heating & Cooling from start to finish. The quote arrived quickly and was the lowest of multiple that I received to install a new Goodman heat pump split system. Kaitlyn in the office was very responsive and helpful, and the installers, Anthony and La'Marr, were courteous, did a great job, and left the site tidy. A+ and will recommend to others.

Gary was very communicative and helpful with showing what went wrong with our AC going out and what he was doing to fix it. Appreciate him walking me through each detail and appreciate his friendliness. Editing to add another review for the team. We had one final gift from 2025 and lost our heat on NYE. We knew it was coming at some point because our furnace was 22 years old, but I called Jays and Kaitlyn was so helpful and friendly. Her communication was top notch and was able to get me an estimate with 2 different options. The installers Anthony and Lamar were great as well. They were friendly and efficient. I hope to not have anymore HVAC issues for a long time, but it’s nice to know I know who to call.

The estimate price was very good. Jay or Aleks responded to all my calls and emails very promptly, and professionally. Taylor was very professional when he came out to look things over before the install. The install went very well and Anthony and Shawn did a great job, that was much better than the original install when the house was built.

The did a phenomenal work, they are quick, professional and I've been using them for decades.
