I think they are just down right spectacular.? They were being used by a neighbor who renovated her entire home.? It's a historic home much like ours is.? We looked at the installation they did there.? We talked with the owner about her experience with the company.? It's a company she's used before and had nothing but terrific things to say about them.? At her advice, we used them and had an entire H VAC system installed in our home and couldn't be happier.? It worked out extremely well. Travis Donaldson, the owner of the company and the chief designer just did a spectacular job both at the customer service level as well as in the product selection and installation.? It was all good. Absolutely A on quality. Very professional.? I would use again, as a matter of fact, the house has 2 separate units.? The second floor has a second unit and it's about 10 years old.? When I go to replace that, there is no question who I will use.

Temperature Design called to schedule the work within 24 hours of us notifying the home warranty company of the issue.  Johnny came out and assessed the issue.  He explained that we needed a new evaporator coil.  So he recharged the system with refrigerant, as we had lost a bunch, until the new evaporator coil could be ordered, approved by the home warranty company, and installed.  It took about a week to have the new coil ordered and approved by the home warranty company.  <br /> Temperature Design, then, called to schedule the install of the new evaporator coil.  They explained the non-covered charges in detail and scheduled the work for 2 days later.  Johnny came back out to install the evaporator coil.  He was on-time, as always, and very professional.  He explained to us his process and the expected amount of time it would take to complete.  <br /> He finished ahead of schedule and reconvened to explain how the install went and even answered some questions regarding the process.  We have dealt with several HVAC companies in the area and Temperature Design, specifically Johnny (technician), are second to none.  They appear to be extremely knowledgeable and fair.  The next time we have an issue, especially if it is under our current home warranty, I will definitely go out of my way to request Temperature Design, and Johnny specifically.   <br />

Derek was running a little late from our original appointment but he called to advise the new time he would arrive. This was a non-issue for me since I was home for the day. Once arrived, he evaluated the work to be done and gave me his estimate. I approved estimate and he started work same day but shortly after he purchased a couple of fittings required for the job. The job was completed within the timeframe he estimated (between 2-3 hours) and the work seems to be exactly what building inspector had requested <br />

We are continuously impressed with their responsiveness, honesty, knowledge, communication and punctuality. Cannot say enough good things about them. Just out to our primary residence the other day to give an estimate for moving some existing vents and also addressed, at no charge, a noisy A/C unit that had a loose piece. <br />

He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me all the bad parts. I really felt like he knew what he was talking about and I felt like my furnace would be safe to use again. I was extremely satisfied with the service. <br />

The furnace drain lines froze so the furnace shut down on a very cold day. Travis came within an hour and identified the problem. The drain lines were installed incorrectly. His team arrived a couple of hours later, rerouted and installed the lines correctly on two furnaces. Other companies could not arrive for 10 to 12 hours. Great company and fair price!!! <br />

Travis was very concious of the financial aspects of this and strove to get us the very best deal. When the Technician came out to do the repair he also found that some kind of circuitry board had burnt out, he made the extra effort to find us a generic one, the Lenox one was extremely expensive. He and his helper made sure everything was hooked up correctly, which entailed his having to crawl under the house to match up the wires...the colors were not standard. They were very polite and extremely helpful and performed thier job in a proffessional manner ( getting to find that more difficult to find these days.) All in all it was a painless experience in what was a painful situation. We highly recommend this Company. <br />

We had to deal with our insurance company and a few other hvac companies making repairs. But it would keep breaking over and over. Then they finally decided the system needed to be replaced, and called Temperature Designs to do the job. Travis did a wonderful job of being upfront about cost, staying in contact with both us and the insurance company, and then finally dealing with the county (or city?) auditor who made his job diffucult by wanting things that were not in the code. Also, they did not keep coming in and out of my house like other companies. And, they were not bothered by my dog who gets excited about company! Overall, very happy with the service provided. <br />
