Our unit was low on Freon and froze itself up trying to produce on one of the first 80+ degree days. Bobby was able to come out the same day to charge and maintain the unit, toss in some dye, and replace a contact point that had gotten overheated. We spoke on the phone and he was respectful and informative. The price was also very reasonable. Overall great first impression and experience. Especially due to the fact that he was able to make it out same day to restore comfort in the household. He did forget his hose on the side yard. I called, left a voicemail to let him know I’d be holding it when available to pick up.

This company has been out to my business 5-6 times, and my air is still not working. They insisted on changing the thermostat, which was not necessary. I have paid almost 5,000.00, and still no air. The owner, Nathan, simply responds with “it was working when I left”. This was also printed on that ridiculous bill. I finally called another company, and for 197.95 to clean the coils, I now have air. I do not recommend this company, I will never ever use them again,

Call them at lunch, they arrived just AFTER lunch, diagnosed problem and even took the time to service my unit after they fixed the issue. Consummate professionals - I have an AC guy, but he was busy today. Was VERY glad to make their acquaintance and Josh was very patient, skilled and explained everything. Do not hesitate to call them.

Highly recommend this company!!! Their customer service is outstanding, they are prompt, and the prices is outstanding. I contacted them in the morning to repair my heat unit and they told me they would be there at 2:00 that afternoon. Not only did they arrive on time but the fixed the issue, checked the rest of my system, and showed me what was wrong and why in probably record time. My other unit had the same issue about 3 years ago and that technician took twice as long and charged double what Central Services did.

The young man was unbelievably professional. Found the issue and had it resolved in no time. I was thoroughly impressed. Thanks Nathan for sending him on short notice. This b is who I'll be using in the future.

My air went out on a weekend and I had to call someone. I will say the owner did respond quickly. He came out within the hour although he never personally came back he did send someone . They charged me almost $600 to repair the fan. Hours later temperature never decreased. Came back out and changed out my Honeywell programmable thermostat, which had oddly became stuck since they looked at it earlier in the day, with an antiquated non programmable off brand for which I was charged another almost $300. Temp still wasnt budging. I sent a nice text asking for suggestions. They never replied to text but managed to send me a copy of it with the bill? From now on I will wait for my usual repair guy to open on Monday.

I just wanted to say I have never met a nicer, well-mannered, knowledgeable and informative young man as when I met Josh. He does outstanding service. I met him through the company where I work at, that he has had to come and provide service for. Every company should want to have a young man like Josh on their team.

Well, we’ve used Central Services for years, but never again! We were charged almost 400 dollars for them to install a new gas range on an existing gas connection. They sent one guy out to spend 2 hours reading the instructions to do the LP conversion, then 2 more the next day to make one connection and move the stoves. This was clearly a fraudulent billing, and we want everyone to be aware! Find someone else!

I was without heat for almost a week. Scheduled an appointment and the guys were able to fix the issue in less than an hour. They do great work.

Answered their phone on a Sunday within 2 rings. Had a guy at my house, same day, in 1 hour putting a capacitor on my AC unit. No up selling, no getting passed around, no emailing, no b.s. Just solid customer service

Very nice and helpful people. I would definitely recommend them for any Hvac services. Without their help, I would have spend 2 days without heat. God bless them and their business!

These folks are just good people, kind, professional, they take pride in their work, and do an exceptional job at more than fair prices. Communication is excellent and they figure out ways to help during inclamate weather. I've been doing business with them for decades and have no interest in changing that. Very highly recommended!
