Customer Sentiment Summary
Strengths
- Diagnosis and workmanship carry the reviews — 17 of 52 reviewers say the technician found the real fault and fixed it properly the first time.
- Conduct on site is the headline: 20 of 52 reviewers describe the crew as professional, courteous and respectful of their home.
- No hard sell: 9 reviewers describe upfront quotes that matched the final invoice.
- Technicians turn up inside the booked window, something 7 reviewers went out of their way to note.
Areas to Watch
- No complaint recurs across the 52 reviews analysed, which is consistent with the 4.9-star average — but a clean record is not the same as a long one.
