It was my pleasure to have your employee Jonathan in my home (Zebulon) today to fix my AC. I work from home and my office is right next to the attic access. Jonathan was quiet as a mouse and so respectful of my space so I could get my work done. It took him several hours; he worked hard running up and down the stairs, indoors and outdoors, always pleasant and polite! He got my AC fixed and now it’s nice and cool! What a nice, intelligent young man you have there. If I encounter anyone who needs HVAC service, I will definitely recommend Hayes!

I love Hayes HVAC. They are trustworthy, professional and knowledgeable. They explain everything fully and their response time is amazing ! Frankly they are the only company I feel comfortable in using and I will continue to use them for any service needs I may have.

Outstanding customer service! Bruce and his crew done an EXCELLENT job installing a new unit at my home. They worked late into the night to get the job done. Hayes HVAC was an absolute dream to work with. Our system, only four years old, has never worked correctly. We have had a different company come out each year and try to fix the issue, each year they said something different and every year we had to bring someone else out due to the same problem. Hayes came in with a quick diagnosis, and actually fixed the issue. The technician, Johnathon, was friendly, kind, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after himself. If I could give this company 6/5 stars, I would. Their customer service was impeccable, communication was clear and quick, and most importantly their work was quality.

Bruce is a good guy. I called on a sunday and he came right over within 30 minutes and changed the capacitor on my ac unit. I would highly recommend calling his company if you have any issues.

The attention to detail and quality of the installation were also excellent — everything was done cleanly, professionally, and with clear pride in workmanship. Bruce, is an outstanding person along with his professional services. I have been a loyal customer since 2019 and I have received the same services from Bruce each time. I highly recommend his services, you will not be disappointed.

This company came to my moms condo complex and disconnected her AC when she did not call for or need service. The tech must have realized he had the wrong condo unit and found the correct one and started working on it. HE LEFT MY MOTHERS AC disconnected.. left it just how it was shown in the photo. We had to call our AC company when we noticed the AC in her house wouldn’t turn on. He had no intentions of hooking it back up. I could not believe it. He also stood outside a neighbors condo cursing and said “this b**** doesn’t even know we are charging her a full days work for a $10 part.”. I’m disgusted with this company and disgusted we had to pay for a a technician to come out and look at her unit that this company accidentally disconnected. Our technician waited and watched him reconnect it and then left. Also funny how all these 5 star reviews were made at the same time.. and a “Bruce Hayes” made one of them 🤔. Makes me wonder how accurate and valid these reviews are.

We just can’t share high enough praise for the service and speedy results we received from Hayes HVAC! Bruce was friendly, prompt, exceedingly knowledgeable, and had us back up and running in no time when the furnace took a dive during our recent cold snap. Bruce was great, on time, and very professional. My Goodman evaporator coil went bad , and it's only 6 years old SMH. It was still under warranty, and he was capable getting the part with no charge. I highly recommend using Hayes, and if you need a payment plan he deals with Synchrony Bank and you can apply for HVAC financing with HAYES HVAC LLC.

Bruce was excellent to work with. Very quick to come out and complete the work. Was able to answer every question I had and explain beyond my question so I could understand. The work was completed fast and they kept my house very clean.

Bruce and Danny are the BEST! They are polite, fair, honest and meticulous. Bruce Hayes always did good work on my rental property in Clayton, and it never occurred to me that they might also work on my home in Cary. I called Bruce for advice when I didn't feel comfortable with the company I was using for my home in Cary and he gave me opinions and direction to which I am thankful. In addition to my rental, I now use Hayes HVAC services for my home. You wont be disappointed if you hire them.

Our technician did a great job explaining the issue with our equipment. He got the part needed quickly (very next morning) & had our AC back on in no time! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

We had an amazing experience getting our HVAC mini split installed. Bruce and his team was very prompt and communicated very well with us prior to enduring installation. If there were technical things we wanted adjusted they did it with no questions asked. We will definitely be hiring them again for our bigger household needs when necessary.

Bruce took an hour of his personal time on his drive home to talk to me and help troubleshoot my unit. In a time where everyone feels like the HVAC guy is trying to pull a fast one on them, this company is a breath of fresh air.

We used Hayes HVAC to replace an old heat pump that was on its last leg. Bruce came out and walked me through what was recommended vs unnecessary and presented me with several options to choose from. He got us on the schedule and his team came through and did a wonderful job on the install. Afterwards they walked me through the all the work performed and demonstrated how to operate the new wireless thermostat. It was a great value and the job was done quickly and professionally (drop cloths down on carpet and masks on at all times!). We are very pleased with the product and enjoyed working with Hayes HVAC, I will use them for future maintenance\repairs and would highly recommend them for installs as well.

Contacted this company after having a tv commercial company out. The tv company’s rep was clearly present to sell me more than needed. Plus they claim the part wasn’t in stock with their supplier and the price was clearly heavily marked up. I contacted this company the same day. Bruce was able to come out. Confirmed the diagnosis and gave me an idea on price, which was inline with my research. His supplier had the part and so Bruce was back today and made the repair. I’m very happy with the service that I’m leaving a review despite never leaving reviews.

Spoke with Bruce on a Friday and the following day which obvious it was a Saturday he and his crew were at my home ready to work. His professionalism is outstanding.
