On-time, courteous, professional. I explained system issues, techs listened, then commenced system checks. They thoroughly explained their findings and recommendations. System is fine, high current humidity causing less than desired levels of cooling. Only charge was $89 service fee, totally acceptable. Will use again, will refer to friends. Thanks!

I recently hired Queen City Heating and Cooling to repair my Air Conditioner at my residence. I was told I would have to pay a deposit on my bill to have them come out. I was told they would be there shortly. Being a retired electrician, I thought I would try and find the problem, so I opened my electrical panel and determined that the breaker was supplying the proper voltage. I then checked the safety disconnect next to the unit and it was okay. Seeing as my fan wasn't running, I took a yard stick and spun the fan to see if it was frozen, it was not and it ran slowly. When the Tech arrived, I told him what I had done, and I told him it appeared to be the capacitor. He opened unit by removing two screws and immediately said your right. He then replaced the capacitor and handed me a bill for $294.70. Afterwards, I talked to a friend who is a landlord and he told me that I probably could have bought a Generic Capacitor for about $30.00. I found the Tech to be prompt and friendly and it appears to be a good company. I just think considering what I had done the bill was excessive.

I got three bids for the job. Went with quenn city, very good price and I was so impressed with the whole crew.

We had Queen City install 2 A/C and 2 Furnace units. When we met with Justin we told him both needed to be replaced but we were not sure if we had the budget to both areas of the home at the same time. He broke down the estimates so we could decide how to proceed. In March they installed the larger units. Great experience. In August we had them install the smaller units. Again great experience. They showed up on time. Professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up afterwards and walked us through the new controller. Highly recommend. We feel blessed to have found such a professional company.

Queen City Heating & Cooling was very informative from start to finish. Cole, the project manager, took his time and explained everything involved with new installation of Rheem Central Air System. Ben & Vincent worked from start to finish, keeping us informed and performed their work in the hottest of days of August. Richard arrived, got system up and going. Queen City is very professional, polite and answered all questions & concerns. I will defiantly use them for all my Heating & Cooling needs.

Queen City Heating & Cooling was the 5th heating and cooling company I had come to my home. Instead of replacing parts over and over again and charging me( my unit was 30 years old) they told me I needed to replace my unit. They came in with the best units at the lowest prices that I've seen. It only took them a little under a day and half to put in a furnace and AC unit in my house and the heat was actually up and running on day one of install. I WILL NOT call anyone but Queen City Heating & Cooling in the future. They were all so polite and professional and explained everything to the last detail.

Ben was very professional and informative. I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. He extended a pipe above the installation in the attic so the installation could not clog up the vent below in the furnace room. He covered his shoes, which is very important to me because of my light colored carpet. Also, he was very nice.

I was told by 3 companies that my heat pump compressor was bad. One said the outside unit had to be replaced and the other two said both the outside and inside units had to be replaced. At a cost of $3500-6800, this was not what I was expecting and it certainly wasn t in my budget! The owner of Queen City looked at my unit and determined that my compressor was just fine and my heat pump just needed 2 capacitors. That same day, my heat pump was working and the cost was under $300, not thousands! They had my best interests at heart! I highly recommend this great company and they will be my go to HVAC company in the future. I m definitely a happy customer! Thanks again! 😃

They upgraded my H-VAC system quickly and efficiently. The technicians were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier.

This business was amazing to work with. We had a small house fire that forced us to have to replace our furnace and AC system. They were able to come out to my home very quickly, on Christmas Eve no less! They gave me a very reason quote, and they have great financing options. We accepted their job proposal the day after Christmas, and my new system was installed the next day! The crew that installed the system was 3 wonderful guys that were very knowledgeable with what they were doing. They were very polite and respectful in our home, and very friendly with my dog "supervising" their work :) ! When they left, I felt confident that I had a safe and efficient system in my home. We'll definitely call them for any needs we have in the future!

Queen City H&C installed our A/C heating system about four months ago and they did a good job. So far so good!

The whole crew were easy going..professional and did not goof around..got it done and done right! Not to mention..they smoked two other local quotes big time on price. No little extras tacked on or suprises. Will use them in the future.
