Fogg HVAC, recently replaced our downstairs unit, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The entire team was professional, punctual, and very nice. Everyone we spoke to was very nice. They installed the new unit and thermostat in one day and everything went smoothly. We will definitely use Fogg HVAC in the future for any of our HVAC needs.

Fogg HVAC Inc. replaced both my upstairs and downstairs heat/air. I contacted several companies for quotes. Stanley Fogg was one of the only people that listened to what I wanted and found systems that would work. Other companies had a cookie cutter response, they gave me the systems they wanted to sell. The installation was without major problems. The systems work great and as an added bonus his prices were reasonable enough that I could add on air cleaners without breaking the bank. Stanley Fogg and every employee I dealt with was professional and friendly. I'm very glad Fogg HVAC, Inc. was recommended by Duke. If you need service or a whole new system, give them a call. You won't regret it.

I should have come to leave a review years ago. Foggy HVAC has been our go-to for services, and 1 system replacement, for 17 years. The response time is always quick, the thoroughness of the technicians is unmatched, and Mr. Stanley treats his customers like family. Very fair pricing, outstanding follow up. Honestly, we wouldn't let any other company service our system. Support this local business, you'll be in the best hands possible.

I had no heat, so I called FOGG, inc to have my gas pack checked and repaired. Tremayne Moses arrived on time and promptly repaired it. No pressure to replace the unit; I'm not ready to do that yet. Very happy. I will call FOGG anytime I need a repair or decide to replace my unit.

I can’t say good things about Fogg HVAC! The entire experience was great. They excel at communicating effectively and efficiently. The owner is extremely knowledgeable with HVAC systems and has a lot of experience, which showed. He was involved in the project at every stage. We got other estimates, which were both much higher cost and did not have as many good suggestions as Fogg did. I highly recommend them for HVAC purchase and installation.

I have used Fogg HVAC for my annual maintenance as well as replacing a unit last year. I find the entire team to be up to date and very responsive. I will continue to use and recommend Fogg HVAC !

Fogg HVAC installed a brand new system in my home and it’s been leaking since I got it. Causing irreparable damage to my ceiling. I’ve been living in homes all my life and I’ve never had this issue. The technician said it was installed correctly and there’s nothing wrong I just need routine maintenance. First, it’s been leaking I got it a new system should require routine maintenance to keep it from leaking. Second it was still leaking after he left from doing maintenance. They do not answer call and have not given me a call back. I’m fed up. If anyone can help me take legal action please reach out.

The technician, Jose, came to do the fall HVAC system maintenance for us. He was very complete in assessing the system and then explained everything very completely so I understood what was assessed, what he did and any recommendations he made. He was very polite and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid for asking them. I would highly recommend the FOGG services to anyone needing a routine maintenance service. I was very impressed and feel my system is in good hands. Thank you so much.

Fogg HVAC recently replaced both units of my HVAC system. Stanley responded quickly to my initial call and when I decided on replacement, he kept me apprised daily in the few days until installation. The crew installed the new units and thermostats in one day and left without any trace that they'd been there - a good thing! Stanley stopped by several times to check on progress and throughout the process, he was always available by phone to answer my questions. The office team was great to work with as well, helping with things like inspection scheduling and rebates. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and I'm enjoying the cool air. Stanley & his crew did a great job installing our gas cook top & down draft. Very clean, professional work & fair price. Easy to work with around other contractors. We would definitely use them again!

Stanley and his team did an amazing job replacing our 2nd floor unit. We noticed high humidity upstairs, he came over and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He even called a few days after install to check on us and see how things are going. Professional and personable. Prices are fair and they don’t try and up-charge you on things you dont need. Lastly, our thermostats on both floors were updated, he gave us a really good deal on those as well.

I’ve used Fogg HVAC for several years and have had great experiences each and every time. Typically same day service and Stanley has come out personally on many occasions. Will continue using Fogg for all my HVAC needs and couldn’t recommend them more!

Fogg HVAC has been my go to for home heating and cooling solutions for 3 years. They have repaired units at my last house and did an amazing job installing a new 3 ton Amana unit with dual zones and smart controls with an inverter and heat strips at my new house. This new system is state of the art and they made sure it was configured properly and produced the results I was looking for without sacrificing a thing. Darren was very quick to visit my house and quote me on a new system with next day install in a very difficult area (third floor attic). They installed the new unit and characterized the settings in a very timely manner. Also, Brian - one of the technicians was stellar and very friendly, especially with my dog. I am looking forward to calling on Fogg again for my HVAC needs because of their professionalism, timely response, superior service and product offerings, and all around great character.

I highly recommend Fogg HVAC, Inc. They were the best company that I have ever used. My unit went out on Saturday. I called on late Saturday evening, Stanley was there Sunday to see what the problem was and I had a technician/Brian there on Monday to work on my issue. They worked on my unit until it was running perfectly. I am their customer from now on. Professional, compassionate, caring, friendly I could go on. They were the best. The pricing was fair as well.. I have owned my home for 15 years and have maintained my HVAC units twice a year. It appeared to me that the previous company that I used was only about sales and it lost it's personal touch. A relative told me about Stanley Fogg, so I called him. He responded immediately and after evaluating my systems we decided to install new. The job was done quickly and neatly with a lot of attention to detail. He has followed up to make sure everything is working. I can't be more happy. Everytime I call for anything, I get immediate personal service.

Fogg HVAC is HONEST & does a Great job. After having a Big Name Co , I called Fogg. Stanley Fogg came out & advised we needed a recharge, NOT a new system. He talked to me; not at me. He advised me 1 system is very old, it will need to be replaced 'sometime', but not now. Not the most efficient, but working. Budget for a replacement; in future, but not now. We are under service contract, when needed, they come. Both systems have maintaince twice a year. Running fine. HONEST Company.
