Great, was able to repair a unit that wasn't working that another repair service said would cost close to $2000 in just parts and suggested replacing the system for $9000. Element is an authorized Trane dealer which was perhaps my mistake for asking just any service provider to look at our system, even one that is highly ranked on Angie's List.

It went really well. Our provider was very knowledgeable. We have Nest Thermostats, and they were actually able to teach us some things about it we didn't know about them, which was extremely helpful.

I am happy with the outcome.

James with Element showed up performed diagnostics and determined my fan motor was shot. He went and got the part. he was having trouble because my unit is so old. He called another tech that lived close by JD. Together they got me up and running on a Saturday! These guys were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!! Thank you Element!!!!

Great. I called the main office and someone picked up and dispatched a technician for me. I had someone at my house by 9:45. The technician was courteous and explained his work. The expense was not fun but I think fair for emergency work.

Called Element and they promptly came out and assessed the situation, and made what I consider a great recommendation to replace it with a dual heat pump and natural gas type system to give us both warmth in the winter and cooling in the summer. They installed when they said they would, and wow, what a quality install which included replacing the 30 yr+ old duct work. They explained and demo'd how the unit worked. They seemed to really know their business. They did a thorough inspection an even discovered that the vent under the kitchen sink never had duct work installed to it when the house was built. I thought the price was fair for what we got. I will say our winter utility bills are significantly lower than they used to be. I liked them so much they will doing the maintence on the unit, and when it comes time to replace the upper unit system we'll select them again. They are that good compared to all the other HVAC service people we've had over the years. Above all they were honest in their dealings, not trying to oversell us like another vendor tried to do.

It went great - the installers were professional and did the work quickly. Subsequent issues with the system were promptly addressed, and I was kept well-informed of the process and progress. The seasonal tune-up is a great service as well.

Element did a fantastic job. Their Service Technician, Brian, was prompt and very thorough in his evaluation of my unit. After performing my annual maintenance he advised me of a hole in my heat exchange. He took me to the unit and showed me the damage. I was shocked to see this and to find out the potential harm it could cause to my family because of Carbon Monoxide. He was able to find a replacement and get it installed in the next couple days. This put my wife's mind at ease. Their pricing is very fair and know that some other companies might have tried to sell me a whole new unit. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty.

It went very well. They did what I had asked them to do. They seem to know what they were doing and completed the job in a timely manner. It was uneventful. They were recommended by the company that installed the gas line.

A gentlemen named Keith came to the home. I was impressed off the bat because he wore those little slippers that go over the boots. He respected my home. He was prompt and efficient. I had an issue where my air conditioner would turn on and turn off 20 seconds later. He evaluated my unit in the attic as well as the thermostat. It turned out to be both a bad thermostat and a bad zone control board. I thought I was going to have to pay a lot for that, but he actually took the time and called in the zone board and found it was still covered under warranty. I paid only for his time and the new thermostat, which is much nicer than the one I had. He handled the claim for the faulty board and I was never billed for it. He even had one on his truck which was great as I was worried we would be without air for a day. Not the case! I gave his card to both my neighbors and highly recommend him.
