Excellent- technician responded to our early morning request for service within 2 hours. Technician explained the problem with our A/C, had the replacement part on-hand, and replaced the A/C capacitor within 30 mins. Price was very reasonable and easy to complete payment.

We've used Comfort Services for about 4 yrs now.  We have a Service Contract with them. <br /> Over the years we've found it best to have heat/air system checked and serviced twice a year. <br /> Also when you have an issue with systems, a contract gives you priority on the service calls. <br /> They also installed a new heat pump system for us about 1 1/2 years ago. <br /> We have been most satisfied with them and their services, including response time and <br /> quality of work. <br />

The particular guy that they sent was really good. He has been with them for years and is very good. I have an annual contract with them. Their prices are reasonable. They were very responsive. I just called them and they got right back to me although it was not an emergency situation or anything.

the technician was on time and friendly. He did not have the special filter and it had to be ordered so there was a week delay in replacing it, but there was no inconvenience for the return visit as he had access to the system through our crawlspace.

The company came out to do the semi-annual inspection of our unit and pointed our some problems with our system. Some of the problems probably affected our on-going respiratory problems. We also had problems with difference in temperature from room to room. We got a quote from another company which was comparable in price, but the brand of unit they used had a rebate and a better warranty. On top of that Comfort Services offered a two year warranty on labor and a year of free annual maintenance, which was better. After looking at the costs of replacing the system, adding an additional unit to our bonus room, the rebates being offered and the benefits of the new system we made the financial plunge. There was also a program being offered through the state of North Carolina and Progress Energy which began on 6-1-10 and ended on 6-30-10 that promised an additional rebate. We scheduled the work for the following week and by Wednesday evening they were finished. We've been enjoying the "comforts" of the new system and hopefully we'll soon see the difference in the utility bill.

Everything has been great. They are Johnny-on-the-spot with everything. If you need them they are there, and if you don't need them, they leave you alone. I have been very happy with them.

It came out alright. I had trouble with another Heating and AC company, so I hired this company. They did a good job, no problems. Service was good, prices were reasonable. I am quite satisfied with them.
