I paid them repeatedly to come out and fix Freon leaks. Then paid almost 1000 dollars for a new coil. The Freon still leaked. Had another company come out who easily found and fixed the leaks after one visit. The good thing about this business is that they will send you a bill so you don’t have to pay up front. The bad thing is, I feel like I was milked for money on an easily fixed problem.

They're good. I'd highly recommend them.

They're really good. They always come when you call them. If you have a problem thye are usually very responsive quickly. The workers were nice and professional.

Comfort Engineering always comes right away if we have problems with our air conditioning or our heat. It's up and running before they leave too! They never have put us off and make appointments if we are down. Money is not demanded but billed. They're a great company to deal with. <br />

A great experience. I got several quotes. Thought I needed new ductwork. They looked at my existing and said it was of good quality and well sealed. Saved me thousands and provided me with a great new system at half the cost of a competitor. The competitor had told me I HAD to replace all my duct work.

The guys were very knowledgable and professional. They had us fixed up and were on their way quickly. <br />

The men that installed the first used unit were somewhat dismissive of me which upset me at first but another service person intervened and handled the rest of the installation with nothing but professionalism. <br />

The company sent someone the same day I called. The technician called before arrival. He was on time, friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing. He did not leave a mess. I was very pleased with his work.
