I was well pleased with this company. The service tech, Chrishard Chase, was very professional. He explained the problem and what it would take to fix it and did an excellent job! He did work to two different units and installed a smart thermostat for a very reasonable price!! I highly recommend Comfort Control!

I bought a Variable Speed AC from Comfort Control on 6-25-25. (Once you have had a Variable Speed you will NEVER be completely happy with a normal AC!) This is my third one (different homes). Mike Summerhill, owner, is sooo honest, respectful & has treated me as though I were his only client, yet he works almost non-stop. With a Variable Speed (the most sophisticated AC you can buy) usually there must be a trip or so to fine-tune these units. They run so quietly you don’t notice they’re on! Ryan Roper came this morning to “tweat” a damper. He also treats you just like Mike treats you. I’ve found that, invariably, the traits of a business owner trickles down to all of his employees. I’m sorry for taking up so much of your time, but all of you need to know this about Comfort Control. They are unlike all other AC companies. Buying from this company will be one of your best & wise investments of your lifetime!

This company’s customer service was superior from the top to the bottom.The owner, Mike, responded to my call immediately and had two professional, knowledgeable, young men on the job. They had me up and running in no time. I had to make a call to the office and Dawn was friendly, helpful and answered my question quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Mike explains everything very well and doesn't try to charge for things that are not necessary. They pay attention to details and pricing is fair. I wouldn't do business with any other HVAC company!! Comfort Control did a great job on repairing my air conditioner on a very hot Saturday morning. The communication was great and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. The Tech asked for my approval before completing any work and there were no surprises. Also, the Tech was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. In the future, I will definitely call Comfort Control first!

My air stopped working either late Friday night or early Sat morning. I called and got the after hours services early sat morning at like at 6:37 am. They called back in a timely manner and got my air working before 9:45 am. Mick was such a professional and knowledgeable. The work was done and the price was reasonable. I will be recommending and using them in the future.

Josh came today to service 2 units. He cleaned & serviced the units .. better than ever, seriously! Energetic young man with knowledge to take care of the business. One unit wasn’t cooling & after checking connections, determined that Freon was needed. Another tech came and loaded 2 lbs of Freon and the unit is working perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!

Amazing as always. My fall inspection and routine maintenance was very thorough. These guys are definitely the best around. From the team behind the scenes at the office to the technicians that come out they are who you want to look after your heating and a/c.

Mike was a life saver .. I had called 3 other people on a Friday afternoon for help in figuring out if my unit was under warranty. He was the only one that took the time to help. He also went out of his way to come by my house after hours to see what I needed to replace the heater. All of this and he did not even know if he would get the job because I had a home warranty on my house. He did get the job and within 48 hours was installing a new unit at my house. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
