I called these folks this morning to have my AC duct system cleaned on a Mother in Law Suite. Patrick showed up in the afternoon and looked at my situation and their company recommended that my issues were more involved than duct cleaning. They recommended another company to help me resolve my problem. After one hour of trouble shooting, they charged me Nothing. I’ve never had someone do that. They will get all my ac work going forward. Thanks Patrick.

Mack came out on a late Friday afternoon to inspect our duct work for a suspicious smell. They looked everywhere but couldn’t locate the problem, didn’t charge us a thing. Said it wouldn’t be right to charge a man for not fixing the problem! Good experience and highly recommended their services.

A MUST for allergy sufferers or anyone who wants their home to feel clean. When we moved to our home in Hattiesburg a couple years back, I was having allergy issues. Our home was built in the early 2000s and you could see a river of dust in the ducts. And the HVAC was original to the home. Mack with Clean Air was recommended by Oak Grove HVAC. Their treatment is a bit of an investment, but the truck they bring IS the vacuum. This isn't like a guy hooking up a Shop Vac to your ducts. And the service is thorough and sets you up for at least 8 years--so don't feel like you need to have them back every year. They also sprayed a microbial fighter into the ducts and cleaned out the HVAC coils and fan. Again, SUPER THOROUGH. Can't recommend enough.

I called them to clean our vents and ducts and they came the very next day. They were super friendly and professional. I even received text messages with pictures of before and after. Incredible!

The guys were very professional, they put drop clothes down to cover the floors. Careful not to cause any damages. The quality of the airflow coming out is a huge upgrade. Very satisfied customer !!

I would not recommend them. Did not have a good experience with this company. Bill acts professional until there is an issue. If something comes up or needs to be corrected, all the blame is put on you. They won’t do what’s right.
