AC was not working. Had a crew out in less than 24 hours and had us back running. Had them install smart thermostat i Had sitting that I didn't have the patience for. When it came time for the bill I felt the pricing to be fair as well. Will call them for future needs

They were friendly enough. Came out really quick. Same day I called. Had power out in bedroom only. No others issues. They checked plugs all except one and wouldn’t you know it’s the one that was causing the issue. They said they didn’t know it was there. Long story short they spent 4 1/2 hours fishing at $125 an hour. Finally checked that plug and Walah! So $650 to fix what should have taken maybe an hour. Tried to get them to share the labor as they missed the plug, they said we told you it was $125 per hour while we fish. They claim the plug was hidden. I guess they were hard up for cash!!!!! I will never use them again, nor will I recommend them. A joke for professionalism.

I called a schedule for them to come out to hook up a 50 amp for a camper. Was told the orders were 2 weeks out. I needed it in 3 weeks so I said ok. I waited to hear from them and nothing I called the day before I needed them to do it, cause I received no phone call. They wanted to come that day but no one was home. So, schedule for the next day. They said that I needed a bigger breaker box or a box outside. I said ok then let's figure out with was cheaper and easier to do. Was told I'd get a call back. Nothing. I called today and asked what they came up with. And she couldn't tell me anything and someone would call me. It's 5:22 and nothing. I found someone else.

Very unprofessional and rude! I’ve called several times to get someone to fix my ac. The receptionist always is very short and says “I’ll put your name down for someone to come out” I asked for a time frame and she refused to give one. I called back every week for months and no one has even called me back and they never came to my house to check my ac!

Could not have been more accommodating..I use them for everything they do...a/c repair, unit replacement in March, electrical for home renovations, coming up..my Dad used Vernon Watts for many, many years. He would say, I want it done right so I'm calling Vernon and them..George is awesome too..if they do the job it's done right..if it's not, they'll fix it

Delicious as always. Some of the best burgers around! Very friendly staff.
