Heath arrived on time & introduced himself. I was impressed by the professionalism of the crew. The installation crew was well trained & had all tools & materials needed. When installation was complete the job site & equipment installed was left clean. Thanks for a job well done. It is obvious the technicians take pride in their work.

This group of installers were without doubt very professional and knowledgeable. They were courteous and friendly. They continuously cleaned any mess made and when final cleanup was finished, they asked if there was anything more they could do and if I was pleased with their work. The team came in and made themselves available for any concerns or questions I may have for them before saying goodbye. I am very happy with their job and knowledge. I am pleased.

My central unit made a loud noise Wednesday morning and I called Brown and Son to come check it out. They called before they came and actually waited until I was off work to come. Brock, the owner came and checked it out and replaced the part that. had gone bad. Great, friendly service that did and always does a great job.

Very friendly and courteous service. They got out quickly and were extremely professional such as wearing shoe covers whenever they would come into the house to work on the unit. He serviced and actually improved the unit and did it quickly, while still taking time to listen and address any questions I had. I will definitely use them for future jobs and recommend them to family and friends.

Mr. Brown was quick to respond and arrive to my house. He was cool with me watching and asking questions as he serviced my system. It was done quickly as he had the part I needed a capacitor with him. My system was back in good shape quickly and was affordable. Great experience

Patrick and Tristan were friendly, professional, and they answered all my questions. The first day, Patrick was on time and worked quickly to understand what was wrong. The only critic I would give is to better communicate with the homeowner on appointments. When they came back the next day, there was a mix up with the scheduling, and I lost half a day of work waiting on someone that wasn’t available. They eventually came that afternoon, but I lost a day of work when I didn’t have to loose that much time. Ultimately, I was pleased with the overall work and technicians, but I was a bit disappointed in the scheduling confusion.
