Morgner Inc. Air Conditioning & Heating

I have been doing business with Morgner for 20+ years. During the hottest days this summer my AC quit working. I waited over 5 days for them to service my system only getting the answer your on the list. I told them I was no longer doing business with them and asked them to refund the balance of my 3 yr prepaid annual system since I was no longer using them. I have yet to get my refund after multiple calls and an email to them

Morgner is wonderful! They responded immediately to my call and were out the next day. Emergencies are no problem either. They always look for the simplest, least expensive solution first and they don't filter-shame you!

Took a little while to get the new A/C working properly, but overall a good company. Shout out to their field tech/engineer Rob. He is very knowledgeable and hard-working and will get the job done right.

Ben came and performed my annual a/c maintenance. I have to say that he did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure he got all of the pollen and whatever else collects on the coils. I highly recommend him!!

Our furnace went out and our house was freezing, a friend recommended I call Morgner Inc. and I am so glad I did. Everyone was professional and friendly and and they were able to send a repair man out quickly. I appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism and friendliness the workers exhibited. They worked very hard and were very polite to me and my son. They were very patient with me and answered any questions that I had. I know that is what is expected but is not always the case. We will be recommending this company to all our friends and family and plan to use them for any future maintenance!

Once I used Morgner Inc., I have not used any other company. Our air conditioning went out during the summer, and temperatures were up to 98 degrees F. The sense of urgency the receptionist displayed was exceptional. A technician was at our house immediately, and the issue was remediated in no time. All employees were professional as well courteous. It is refreshing to know that genuine, above par customer service still exists, amidst the companies simply out to get your money. Thank you for your amazing service!

Have had Morgner as my go to HVAC company for 37 years. Reputable, professional and most of all communicative-give you options and work expediently and correctly to get it right. Very amiable family organization in Webster Groves. Made it happen with what I wanted-thanks for continuing excellent service to the people answering the phone to the technicians.

Our air conditioner went out over night on July 2nd. We called Morgner Air Conditioning and Heating. Aaron was the emergency technician on call since Friday was a holiday. He discovered our A-Coil was completely frozen he gave us a complete list of our options and was extremely kind, patient, and forthcoming. During the process of determining if our 20+ year old unit could be repaired, we had the pleasure of also working with Tim, Robb, and Bill. Every member of the Morgner team was professional, responsive, and helpful. They never pressured us to buy our new unit from them and saved us money in the long run with their honest and ethical business practices. We chose Morgner to purchase and install our new unit, and they did an amazing job. They went to great lengths to keep our carpet and floors clean. Aaron and the other gentleman who installed the unit cleaned out the boxes the new system came in when our two youngest children asked if they could use them to build a fort. All my experiences with Morgner have been great!

This is a very good company. I called late in the day and although they were swamped with calls, they were able to get us a technician early the next day. Technician Rob came to our house to fix our AC. Rob was very courteous and friendly. Rob quickly found the problem and told us what the cost would be. Upon our approval he replaced the part and added coolant. He told us about the warranty on the parts.without being asked. He put all of the informations on the bill making it easy to remember. I would use this company again. Rob is the best! Thank you!

I had come from Arkansas to visit my 95 year old father who lives alone. His air went out the Sunday I arrived, the next day, on Monday before noon Tim and Zac, technicians arrived and fixed his unit. He wasn’t even a customer before this. Great responsiveness with superb communication from first call to getting things up and running. Thanks again!

Morgner sent Tim to my house this week to perform a maintenance service and overall heating and A/C health check and he was outstanding. Honest from the standpoint that I didn't feel like he was recommending unnecessary repairs to run up the bill and willing to go as deep technically as you want him to go along with making many common sense recommendations that many homeowners may not know. Had a new HVAC Lennox system installed in April 2020 by Morgner. I can't stress enough how pleased I was from start to finish and still today, a year later. Best price by FAR among 5 companies I had give us bids. The installation guys were professional, friendly and I didn't feel like I bothered them with questions. HIGHLY recommended!

Yesterday I called in a request for emergency repair service for a burning smell in my basement. Your receptionist was responsive and very accommodating. I assumed that it was from the HVAC system, but also was worried that it was a fire in the wall somewhere. Rick Sr. came out to check both units. He was amazing!!! Not only did he thoroughly investigate the units, but he also helped me track down the source of the odor. It turned out to be a burnt compressor on the refrigerator. He was so polite, friendly and helpful. What a wonderful representation for your company. His personalized customer service was a WOW! We have been customers of Morgner for many years and Rick's outstanding customer service has reaffirmed our loyalty. We will continue to use Morgner and recommend your company to all of our friends and family.

These guys came out today even though I’d been a difficult customer in the past and fixed a problem with my Lenox system that’s been going on for weeks that the other company I was using hadn’t identified after four visits. They were super professional, quick, and diagnosed the problem within about 20 minutes. Excellent work. Excellent service. Thank you for having me back.

I called twice (within a week) to get Morgner to come and replace my evaporator coil, the coil works but the pan rusted and leaks water everywhere. Both times I was promised someone would get back to me, the first time I was promised a quote in an hour. No one has called back, not even a “Sorry, we’re very busy and booked solid because of the current heat wave”. Horrible customer service!

Our heat went out 12/30/16, and we thought we had no chance of getting heat before New Year's eve. Morgner came through for us quickly and professionally. Great service from them every time.
