Our tech was so unprofessional, he didn't even tie up his boots. He couldn't possibly have walked any slower. The little work he did do, he didn't explain anything, and even left screws out. On top of that, he even left some tools behind.

Did a good job but took forever

Service and clean our AC system. We thought she had done a good job until it would not cool on a hot day. The fan ran okay but no cold air. I called on Friday and the service charge was double for the weekend so we made the appointment for Monday. Too hot! We got the installer to come Saturday morning at 9am. The disconnect plug had been left out. He put it back in and it works fine!

Academy air ran a gas line and installed a new stove. We were very pleased with the service and had them return the next week to replace our furnace.

I didn't realize they installed light fixtures and other light electrical work. They were friendly, helpful, prompt, and did a great job at a good price and cleaned up afterwards. Recommended.
