Arnold Air and More

Shout out to Arnold Air! Thank you for providing an outstanding job. Ariana came to my home on a Wednesday, assessed my needs to completely replace a 45 y/o system, scheduled my installation 7 days later. The crew showed up at 8:30 and were cleaned up and out by 4. The crew used great care using drop cloths, nothing was left behind. The floor in the equipment room was cleaner than before they started. Hopefully this will be another 45 run.

Never met a such an honest HVAC company. Will definitely work with you guys.

Arnold Air and More doesn't have a 4.7 rating for nothing. I called them based on a recommendation from Anytime Plumbing Services (another highly recommended company), and a very pleasant agent took my information and scheduled a service call for later that morning. The service team arrived about an hour later, and an hour after that, my central air was working again. The crew were friendly and professional, explaining exactly what they found and how they were going to repair it. And the price was quite a bit less than I anticipated. Needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Arnold Air and More and enthusiastically recommend them.

We had been with Arnold Air for many years & they were bot out so had new owners. Called & had them come out to do semi annual maintenance & were told we need a new Capacitor ($180). Not knowing any different, we had it put in. After guy left, looked up part online-cost was $2. Yes, $2. So I was already upset that the unit was already taken apart so all he had to do was pop old one out, put new one in & charge $178 labor. So we found another company to do maintenance. When they came out to do check up, we had them check the old Capacitor, which we had Arnold Air give us, & guess what. It was perfect-never needed to be changed. When I called Arnold Air all I got was the run around. Now I will be contacting the BBB.

Conrad came by to run an inspection on my heating system as we gear up for colder weather. I received a text when he was on his way, with a photo of who to expect! He arrived promptly, and quickly put my mind at ease after inspection by bringing me to the unit and explaining what he looks for and what my unit was doing. A quick, easy, painless process for a first time homeowner. I’ll be calling if I need any future work done!

We appreciated the great job Mike & Matt did when installing our new furnace & A/C unit yesterday in our home. It was 5 degrees outside when they started! They worked nonstop to get the new furnace up & running as well as the outside AC unit installed. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable professionals. Their pricing is competitive. They installed heating & AC in another property of ours several years ago and we were so satisfied with that experience that Arnold Air was at the top of our list of HVAC companies to consider for this job. Very happy that we chose them again! We highly recommend them!

Amazing! Could not have asked for better service and performance from Mike and Arnold Air. We were provided with a great system and a great price to go with it. On the hottest weekend so far in the year my ac goes out. My unit is only 4 years old that I bought from Sears. I first called Sears to see if my unit was under warranty and it wasn't so I asked to schedule a service call. Sears wouldn't be able to come out until a week and a half. So I decided to try a different company and called Arnold Air. The guy on the phone said he could be there at 3:30 the same day! I went home to meet the repair guy and he was right on time. He turned my unit on and diagnosis the problem immediately it was my condenser. He had the part and with him and in 5 min my unit was fixed. He checked my coolant and coils and all the other components and they were all fine. He was very thorough and fast. I highly recommend this company, they are prompt and professional and prices are competitive. If anything goes wrong in the future, they will be my first call.

John was great! He came as scheduled, on time and professional, and provided us an estimate that same day for our new AC and Heating install. I had several questions which he answered immediately. The quote was detailed and reasonable. I liked that he did not try to upsell me. He listened to what was important to us - noise level, air filtering and energy efficiency, and of course, cost. The installation was completed in one day and John and his tech were very professional. Highly recommend.

Called early Monday morning and left a message about our AC being out. I was quickly called back to schedule someone to come out a couple hours later. Matt showed up and quickly diagnosed the problem and had our AC up and running within 15 min. Highly recommend!!

Excellent, honest service is next to impossible to find these days. NOT at Arnold Air. I had no heat, and they got to me in less than two hours, did a very thorough assessment and repair, and at a more than reasonable price. THANK YOU, John and Mike. It's nice to know there are still reputable companies out there!!!

Been using Arnold Air for quite sometime, they installed our a/c unit back in 2013. They are very professional, called them with a problem this afternoon and they came out two hours later and diagnosed our problem in 2 min, fixed it and checkout the rest of our unit for problems in little under an hour. Prices are fair and reasonable, will continue to support this great buisness, thank you

We have used Arnold Air for a few years for repairs and maintenance on our old system to the newly purchased HVAC system and humidifier this year. We have been impressed with every experience. Prices are reasonable, technicians are friendly and professional, the company is responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend Arnold Air.

Arnold Air replaced my HVAC system. They arrived at 8am & had finished around noon. Very professional & respectful. I have used Arnold Air for years for my annual clean & checks. They are all so nice. I couldn't be happier with my new Trane units. They even gave me a new programmable thermostat! The price was reasonable & they informed me of available rebates. $500 from Ameren & $200 from Spire. They even took care of all the paperwork! A great group of technicians. I highly recommend.

I requested service on Father's Day 2017 for my failed AIR Conditioning system. The technician came out, diagnosed the problem, and replaced my capacitor. They also charged me to clean the coils. All was good until my AIR Conditioner went out again 3 months later. No problem... i called Arnold Air 2 times and left message then sat around in hot house for 2 hours. I decided to call another firm who showed up 1 hour later. That firm diagnosed the same problem and said the AIR Conditioner was very dirty and that is why the capacitor failed. I told them that Arnold Air cleaned it but they took off the covering and showed me it was truly disgusting. So, I paid the firm to clean it again and inspected the job afterwards and it was like new. So, following up with Arnold Air they told me if I had them out fixing it they might have warrantied the work but since someone else is fixing it I couldn't get my money back. Do not trust the technician to do their job without supervision... They will NOT properly CLEAN your unit. Neither will they compensate you for their poor work. $400.00 dollars down the drain because they screwed me.

We had 7 estimates back in October to replace both a/c and furnaces, we narrowed it down to Arnold air and Vitt. Our salesman from both companies were very patient with us, as we were doing a lot of research on both companies , and the products they offer, this was our first time we’ve ever had to replace our systems, so we wanted to make sure we were getting the best for our money. So after a month or so of many emails with questions and concerns, we decided to use Arnold Air, before we could get a hold of our salesman John and let him know we have made our mind up and we’re ready to be put on the list to start work January 18th. He got a hold of us and said if we didn’t sign up now we would be subject to a 5% price increase. So I emailed John and asked if our price was still good, he said as long as we got on the schedule now, so we decided to go on and sign, but first I wanted to make sure we were all on the page with price and equipment., because John called me at work on either October 26th or 27th to check and see if I was still interested in getting my systems replaced, I said yes we are having a hard time figuring out who we want to use, so he said well if you sigh with me I’ll take $250.00 off each unit so I can save you an extra $500.00. So when I asked if that price still applied he said no I never said that I said if you take the bypass humidifiers off you would save that much. First of all we never said anything about price, and the on thing we wanted was humidifiers because the house is so dry, therefore we would never take them off. Long story short we we are going with Vitt they are a lot more but they don’t lie to you . John lied to us and changed his story , sure would of hated to see what kind of issues we would of had with John running the show, if you use this company which is a great company I fell they just have a bad apple that cost them a 10,000.00 dollars.

I called for service because the unit would not turn on the unit has a full warranty 10 years parts and 5 years labor , I called Arnold Air and received a call back from Mike he had a service Tech Matt come out with in 2 hours from my call and Matt checked out the unit and less than 5 mins had the unit running . I was really impressed with Arnold Air. After a having a few of the big name companies with radio ads look at it, I gave them a shot. They explained the problem and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Definitely would recommend giving them a shot.

These guys are fantastic. I have 2 units in my home and each one has needed work in the last 5 years. They were professional and did not try and sell me a bunch of stuff I don't need. Highly recommended.

Responded quickly on a Saturday. Very nice and courteous. Fixed our AC and had us cool again in no time. Would definitely recommend.
