F&S Master Air Heating & Cooling

I called and they set me an appointment 2 weeks out for a heat issue. The day before I called and confirmed they were coming. Two pm on the day they were supposed to show up I called again. They told me that the big boss said I was too far and did not want to mess with it. This is completely unprofessional! All they had to do was say no. It is supposed to be 11 degrees this weekend. Do not get left in the cold by depending on these people.

Wow, great service! I had an issue on Saturday afternoon. Forecast said 90+ the next day. I called multiple places, and no one wanted to come out even with an expected increased emergency rate. F&S answered the phone very professionally and said they could have someone out same day. I got a call back minutes later to set it up and he was at my house within the hour. Fix was quick and engineer was very respectful. I strongly encourage using F&S for your HVAC repairs.

I was NOT satisfied with F & S Master Air. Jason was not professional when small issues arose and he tried to overcharge me $1,000 for a larger AC system that they never installed. I stood my ground and told him I wouldn't pay that extra $1k and he threatened to take me to court. I then took pictures and provided him copies of their own documents proving they didn't actually install the system he claimed they installed. They also broke my French doors in front of the water heater and busted some of the trim in front of it as well. Pretty poor service if you ask me. Jason was not polite and very unprofessional until I proved him wrong. It was not pleasant doing business with F & S Master Air and I will NEVER recommend them or do business with them again.

We went from an outdated heat pump to a new pump with backup propane. F & S was very professional and friendly. We called Jason and they were at our house within a couple of hours. They got the job done quickly and got our house warm again in no time with their top quality Rheem products. Anytime I have called with questions about the unit they installed, they have either came out and personally tended to it or walked me through any troubleshooting I have had over the phone. A really great company with great prices and honest, down to earth people. Would highly recommend!

It's been over 10 years since F&S installed a new HVAC system in my home. I'm talking about replacing old ductwork, additional return air vents, thermostat, etc. I may not be describing everything accurately but a whole new system was installed. There have been a few minor things to attend to over the years but I cannot stress enough how much confidence I have in these folks. Mind you, our relationship has been since a new Rheem unit was installed about 13 years ago and was under warranty for 10. They came out this morning because my unit was acting up and now it's running perfect. The great thing is that I had them come by the other day because it was acting up and I paid the Maintenance Fee which gets my unit serviced before summer startup and winter startup. The Fee I paid on that day covered the repairs today! My unit is old enough that having it serviced twice a year is very warranted but I have done this for years. It's nice to do business with a reputable company. No one is perfect but these guys keep at it until they can solve the issue. My issues are minor but without their maintenence that might not be the case. Great job guys!!!

No stars. Called them because their phone number was on our furnace in the house we just bought. Made an appointment through Lydia after she confirmed that they had installed the system back in 2013. We wanted a full inspection and quote for any repairs needed. Two guys came out on Friday Jan 14, said the furnace was fine but the ductwork under the house needed repair. They also recommended a new water heater. They said they would get a bid to me the following Tuesday. Never heard from them again. They can't say they have no record of us like so many outfits do (including them) in responding to negative online reviews. They know where we are and how to get hold of us as they called me back to confirm the appointment, plus they installed the furnace here. They just blew us off. Beware. Would not hire. Would not recommend.

A/C went out last night so I got a hold of Jason & got an appointment set up. Then got a call today they could come out earlier! Jerry came out & went above & beyond. He was very personable & knowledgeable! He explained the cause of the issue, cleaned the outside unit, cleaned the inside filters AND installed my new thermostat. He also checked the refrigerant. I cannot begin to thank these guys enough for their QUICK responses & service. I also very much appreciate their knowledge, insight, professionalism & great attitudes! Some people just fix things but these guys helped me to understand how to better care for my system & extend the life! Awesome company & amazing service from Jerry & Jason!

This man named Jason was not even able to return my calls or show up on time as scheduled. I was just needing a simple routine inspection of my unit due to recent weather and no show no return calls. This company sucks and customer satisfaction should be number 1 and it’s certainly not with this company. They lied to me and I feel like I should file suit against them now. If I wasn’t out of work they would be getting a call from my attorney! My family has suffered for nearly a month now due to these folks. NEVER AGAIN!

I know this time of the year everyone wants their air serviced asap and delays can be expected. But Jason and his guys kicked it! I attempted to work with other companies before him and was getting no where. They came in, gave me a great bid and had install within a few days. It was seriously a no hassle experience and would recommend them to anyone.

They were prompt to come to our home. Total time was about 20 min. Cleaned the coils and hard start on the capacitor. Total bill was 213.00 . No parts we’re installed .. I do think that was high on price. I did receive a 10$ discount for making a review.

After another company in town quoted nearly $3000 and a complete replacement, we called F&S Master Air for a second opinion. They were out the very next morning for a complete check of the system to find that we were only low on refrigerant, and that the outside unit had been turned off by the company before. Not only did they save us from a complete scam, but they fixed the problem for $140! They also rushed out to serve us on account of our new born baby being in the heat. VERY nice, trustworthy and honest company. Highly recommended!

Wonderful business and quality work. The 2 installers were very professional and respectful. They removed all old equipment and didn't leave anything undone. 10 stars in my opinion and experience with this company.

Nothing is more frustrating as a home-owner than trying to turn on your AC or heat and having it not work. F&S came out very quickly and got the problem fixed before I was even done mowing my yard. My parents use F&S and recommended them to me and I will do the same anytime someone asks me for a recommendation.

We came home from vacation with 40 degree temps and getting down to 32 at night and furnace not working on Saturday night. I called and was hooked up with repairman Jerry, we agreed on a time for him to come out and do the repair. He was here exactly on time, repair done in 15 minutes. UNBELIEVEABLE! I will be using F & S in the future.

I would highly recommend this company ..other companies are overrated .but this company is above 5 star .Honest and Reliable.Their prices is way much better and all their installers are great .I have to replace my whole furnace and now enjoying my tankless water heater for a Great price compared to other companies that was overprice . Jason you're the best ,one day city utilities inform me that i have a water leak in my house because of the other company I use before ,screw up my irrigation system 4 years ago when they install a new water line and the same issues it leak again. ..I was out of town the other week ,I called Jason for assistance to shut my water off he did an extra mile for me ,went to my house shut my water off and found the problem,Jason made my vacation more enjoyable and less worrisome ..Thanks Jason .. You might only think of f&s as heating and air! However I have had the best experience ever in my tankless water heater and water filtration system the team put in. The recommendations of what to do were accurate and completed in no time at all. Highly recommend!

Where's the experience EVER !!! Came out several times and charged an excessive amount and still was not fixed properly. Jason will tell you anything you want to hear just to get the job and is a totally different person after you commit to them. BEWARE!!!!!!!!
