The installers were great! I was concerned about my carpet getting soil due to the traffic. They put covering though out where they were working. I received a call from Liana asking when I would be available for a gas line install for the generator. She gave me a few options and clearly explained what would be done. The arrival window was small which isn't typical and I really liked that On the morning of the install it started with a quiet knock on the door. Brad arrived in the time window given and that knock alerted me but didn't wake anyone sleeping up. He introduced himself and gave an overview of what he was going to be doing. Very professional and personable. The work looks very good. Thank you

Derek from Reliable heating and cooling came to our home today to do a furnace inspection on a planned maintenance program. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. He answered all questions I had. I was recommended to this company by my sister In 2022 when I needed a new furnace and air conditioner. I have been very happy with the company and their employees.

Marty and his team handled the replacement of an older-model (40+ years old) air conditioner condenser. Marty offered several estimate options over a price range for doing the job, all of which were competitively priced for the work to be done. Marty took time to answer my and my mom's questions about the job and options personally, from his own cell phone, after-hours. The estimate was detailed and informative. When it came time to do the work, Marty supervised the job himself, and his team was responsive, professional, and careful.

Reliable has always done great work for me. Very pleased as they are quick to respond and listen to the details of my issue. They used diagnostics with observable metrics to focus on the problem. The system was repaired and heating my home within 24 hours.

Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday afternoon. Record high temps that day. I called to leave a message knowing it was after hours, but hoping someone might get my message early the next morning. I was very surprised to receive a call back that evening with a promise they would have someone at our house at 8:00 am the next morning. The service technician arrived on time. Very friendly and courteous. He had to to leave to go pick up a part with the promise he would be back. He had us back up and running later that same day. We were so grateful for the prompt service. When our air conditioning went out over the weekend, I searched for a 24 hr service business. We are glad we called Reliable. They were quick to respond. Marty was professional and friendly. He had it fixed quickly, despite the rain. I feel the fees were reasonable considering it was the weekend. Reliable will be our “go-to” for any maintenance, repairs, and eventual replacement going forward.

I dealt with Liana regarding a very frustrating situation concerning the inspection of my gas line. Liana was friendly, pro-active, helpful, efficient. She’s also a really good coordinator. Thank you, Liana, for using your skills to wrap up my situation in no time!

Technician Derek came by with all the necessary tools to pinpoint the problem and then replace the failed compressor all within an hour! He also provided great insight on how to better maintain the AC unit going forward!

We had an issue arise late Sunday night and we couldn't get ahold of anyone then came early Monday morning around 630-7 we were able to get ahold of an actual human being and she was able to get us an appt scheduled for later that day. Not only did the tech Derreck get there around 9 am he was super friendly super knowledgeable and only took about 30 mins to find and diagnose the problem. The only part was in Maryland heights so he went to his other 2 appts and went the extra mile to pick up the part. Then around 3 or so tech Marty came out and installed the blower motor checked everything and waited to make sure it was performing 100%. My wife and I are extremely happy with the service, professionalism, expertise, and friendliness that this company had given us we will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you for saving us from the heat!

I Contacted Reliable Heating and cooling company by phone this morning and their Technician Derrick showed up in less than one hour. I received very professional service. Mr. Derrick fixed the issue with my Air-conditioning and went further to ensure that even the furnace was in great working condition. I highly recommend Reliable Heating & cooling company. The customer Service associates who answered my telephone call is very professional and courteous.

Had an issue with the furnace short cycling I contacted Reliable Heating and Cooling, explained my issues and they said they could have someone out within the hour. Needless to say I was extremely pleased with their quick response time. Technician (Derrick Hodapp) showed up and I explained the issues to him and within 30 minutes or so he had corrected the problem and had the furnace running properly. Very happy and satisfied with their whole process. Would highly recommend Reliable, very polite, professional and quick to respond. Would definitely use them again for any future work if needed.

Derrick was awesome. He came out Sat morning (with in 12 hours of us calling). Trouble shot our issues. Was straight with us and helped us understand how we could improve the AC unit. He didn’t try to pressure us into any “special” service. Went above and beyond by fixing several issues the last guy didn’t do correctly. Having had rental properties and multiple service calls on those properties at times, I’m used to dealing with the pressure sales and there was non of that. He showed me what was wrong, I validated it, and he fixed it. Excellent service and will use them again!
