I came home after a long stressful day yesterday and my A/c was off. It was after hours and I called the emergency line. It was answered by a friendly voice and I explained my situation. He asked if I wanted someone out then and I told him tomorrow morning would be fine. This morning Tyler showed up early, listened to my problem and had my system up and running better than ever within an hour. I will highly recommend these people . Thank you folks.

I would like to say that this company is amazing. The owner is vary straight forward, which i loved. And didnt bullcrap us like the other heating and cooling people did. They came out on 7/23/25 and put in a whole new furnace and A/C unit. They was vary quick and knowledgeable with doing it. The guys that did it was vary respectfully and sweet. I would recommend this company 100%. Thank you guys our new system is wonderful.

The owner came when I had no heat in snow and ice and very cold. Gave me a bid and promptly found a system to help me. Returned with men and installed. The employees went beyond call and repaired pipes cracked and gas line repair around the furnace. A platform was built for the new furnace to sit on making the furnace more safe. The employees were kind and cheerful. The owner stopped by to make sure all was ok. I would strongly recommend this company! By the way the furnace is working awesome and so warm set on low.

Really impressed with these guys. They showed up same-day and were quick, friendly, and professional. They answered my questions, gave me some good info on my unit, and explained the problem, as well as what they were doing to fix it. Would definitely recommend them. Update: Had Mommens come out today (30-Aug-2024) to do a fall check on my ac and furnace in preparation for winter and another 5 stars. They are prompt, professional, and friendly. They answer my questions and explain what's happening, and today they helped me strategize for better air quality and efficiency going forward. Will definitely continue to use them.

These people are just the best ever! The times they have been here except for one maintenance visit, we were in trouble - once when we came home from church on a Sunday in the frigid winter temps to find no heat in the house and another time this year when our AC went out in the heat of the day. Contacted them on the emergency line on the Sunday and he was there in less than an hour (we don't live in Mexico either) and had heat going again in no time! Recently when AC wasn't working called them around 4 pm and they offered to come right out, but since it wasn't scorching hot, we had them come the next morning. They have also done some repair on a gas log fireplace insert for us. They are responsive, professional, friendly and don't gouge you on their fees; we've always felt they were very fair on their pricing! Can't say enough good about this business!

Mommens has come to the rescue multiple times now. Derik (sorry if I spelled that wrong) is an awesome employee. He's smart, knowledgeable, quick, and does an amazing job. Plus they are quick! I called at 8am and they had someone at my house shortly after 9. Definitely my go to from now on.

Called last summer about getting an estimate and was told they needed to send out some guys to take a look. They never told me there would be a fee which was my fault for not asking but assumed estimates were free. The guys came out, nice guys but they took it upon themselves to wash off the outdoor unit but I didn’t know until AFTER they did that. Now I’m being charged fees for them spraying something off with my hose. Just make sure you don’t let them do anything but look and ask for pricing upfront. They also wanted double what another company did for replacing my A/C, seems like they are money hungry.

We have a 30 year old Lennox furnace system that started blowing cold air in the middle of the night and would not work in the auto setting on the thermostat. It would not keep the house the temp that we set it to unless we turned the fan to the on setting on the thermostat. We called the emergency line at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday and the repairman was at our house by 9. Thirty minutes doesn't seem very fast but we live 20 minutes from Mexico and he was at our house in no time. He was very professional and had our house warm and toasty again pretty quick. Thank you guys for all that you do and helping us ease our worries about possibly needing a new furnace. Turns out all we needed was a new circuit board which he had available in his work vehicle. I woke up this morning a little panicked not knowing the first thing about heating and cooling. Anything that eases a mothers mind and takes away some of the stresses is truly a blessing. Thank you again. I will definitely be recommending you guys to whoever I know that may be in need of assistance.

Fast service, very professional, and reasonable rates. They've done a fair bit of work for us, and we've never had any complaints. From emergency call-outs to checkups, they've taken care of us.

Called their emergency line close to 8pm on a July evening, because the fan on our AC unit quit working. Technician Chris was here within a hour, and had the issue fixed in about 30 minutes. Nice and informative, would recommend.

Cannot recommend. Had an issue where our Geothermal Unit wasn’t operating at full capacity as it would shut off before it hit stage 2. 1st visit – came out & worked on the unit & advised it was good to go. It did for nearly a week before having the same issue. 2nd visit- The owner Came out & advised we needed a prime tank & a pipe replaced to fix the issue long term, but it should work for now. They left without verifying it was working, it was not. 3rd visit – The owner installed the prime tank & replaced a pipe. They then left without verifying if it was fixed….it still did not work. At this point I called upset that it was still not working AND upset that they left our residence believing it was fixed but never actually staying to verify. I was told he didn’t want to “sit around & wait for it to shut off”. 4th visit – Came out & stated we needed to replace another part. I asked how much it would cost, he didn’t know as he didn’t work in billing but he would have someone call to let me know. He set it up to run at the first stage & assured me it would cool down the house while they waited on the part it would just take it longer. It did NOT cool down the house no matter how long it worked. At this point I had been waiting for them to fix the issue for 3 weeks so I called someone at Peters Heating & Cooling the following day who came in a couple of hours. He replaced a capacitor (not the part Mommens advised needed to be replaced) & added 1 lb of refrigerant. He stuck around to see if it worked & when it didn't he added another lb of refrigerant (stuck around for another 30 minutes) & verified it worked. It works flawlessly now. I got a call from Mommens the following week asking when they could come out to install the part. The same part I asked for them to call me before hand to provide me a quote on. My wife has assured me the owner is a nice guy (I only talked with him once on the phone & the next visit he sent a different employee) but I cannot vouch for their knowledge of geothermal units or their willingness to verify their completed work. Won’t use again & wouldn’t’ recommend to anyone.

Tried to schedule an appointment since I don't work in town, and the lady couldn't get it through her head. I explained that I don't work in town and that I needed some type of actual appointment set up to meet a technician and the lady on the phone couldn't figure it out that I needed more that 30 minutes of notice to get home. So, I had to call another company that could actually set up an appointment to meet. I would have never thought that making an appointment would be so difficult.

The gentleman that came out to give me an estimate on a new HVAC system, was absolutely GREAT. My furnace had gone out, and he went above and beyond my expectations!! The furnace is what has shot craps, but was of course affecting the AC. He made sure I had AC before he left, NO CHARGE!! I will be using them for a new HVAC system as soon as I can afford it, and the price he quoted me was great.

I had mommens come out and check my mom's a/c unit to make sure the freon was full and to check the furnace .they cleaned the blower fan and put freon in the a/c unit. Derek and Richard both guys did a fantastic job . And I give them both a 5 star rating . I highly recommend for all of your a/c and furnace needs.

Sunday, on Memorial Day weekend, our A/C was leaking water badly. Two hours after my call, Dennis showed up and fixed the problem quickly. Great service, affordable (in emergency after hours), and pleasant.

My furnace stopped working at 1:30 am and it was 15 degrees outside. Called was out with in 30 minutes of my call and had it fixed with in 15 minutes and up and going. So thankful they are on call 24 hrs.

Shout out to Nick, the service rep that came to our home. I have been regretting the news of having to buy a new unit. He was quick to tell me that this was just the connector (?). He let me do my happy dance.

The guys came and started to work on my heater immediately. They were very professional and answered all my questions, showed me my emergency shut offs. Would highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs.

Great customer service, explained the problem, replaced the part, & unit is working fine. Especially appreciated the service tech took off his wet boots to walk through my house.

It took them a bit to get the parts we needed, so they came in to do what they could to keep my kids cool. It was reasonably priced and they didn't try to pressure us into spending more than necessary.
