Hale’s Heating & Cooling replaced my old system with a new Carrier System. Michele was great to work with, her crew was knowledgeable, professional, detailed, and answered any questions I may have had. Highly Recommend!

Initial in-home review was excellent and informative. Financing process was extremely simple and problem-free. Installation day was prompt, courteous and outstanding. Installers did a great job inside and out, area was clear of debris and end of installation. Post-installation follow-up was performed to ensure our satisfaction. We were so please went went back for another full HVAC system replacement in our rental property - Again the same excellent service!

Their Service people were here twice 1/2 hour on Wednesday and 1 hour and 40 minutes yesterday for a total of 2 hours and 10 Minutes and they charged me $712.00 for 2 hours work that is $350.00 Dollars an Hour and all my parts were under warranty. My Advice is to Stay As Far Away From Hales Heating and cooling as Possible. In My Opinion, They Are Not Honest or Truthful

Called them well before opening hours this morning when I woke up our system not working and the house warming up. They called to schedule service within minutes of opening time and the service tech had the problem diagnosed and repaired in about half an hour. So less than 5 hours after opening time we had operational AC again!!

These guys are PROFFESIONALS; they were courteous, efficient and mindful of our home and ensured that everything was working and clean before they left. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needs their service.

Not much to say. We have used Hale's several times in the past, and have always been satisfied with the results.

We've used Hale's and predecessor Reece for many years. They have always provided prompt and courteous service, even during very busy times. They are honest about what is wrong with our units and what they can do to keep them going and what needs to be done, without trying to sell us.

Michele and Kirk came out to help us choose on a complete heating and cooling system. They were very knowledgeable about the system. Kirk came out and installed the system in a timely fashion. I would recommend Hales to anybody. The house heat evenly all throughout the house now no more cold spots.

The tech was on time, very polite, and knowledgeable. He isolated the problem quickly and haf the part on his truck to make the repair. The price was very reasonable as well.

Response time was Excellent. After the quick service response time, Michele Beck came to our home and helped us choose the new system our home needed. We were quickly worked into the work schedule. Nate , Gary and Don Arrived early and custom fit our new heating and cooling system to our home. Quality installation.

Response was outstanding, Kirk and Gary came early to the appointment time, they took the time to explain what they were doing, they went about their business and fixed a couple of minor things. We needed to replace a part and they had it in the truck and was reasonably priced. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend Hales for the service they provided. We signed up to have them come back in the fall to check the furnaces. Thank you Hales.

Response was excellant. Would have come that evening but we chose to wait till next morning. Quality of work was very good but there is still something not working correctly. Will need to have a return visit.

Professional, and kind. He even put on booties over his shoes so not to track in dirt/snow. Fixed my heating problem in a giffy

He was very knowledgeable, polite, and informed us of future issues to be dealt with.

Knowlegeable, friendly, did not try to sell us on anything. Simply fixed the problem, educated us on what was fixed and why. Explained a little more about our heating/cooling setup. Would recommend to anyone.
