God bless Todd, his sons, Jeremy and Roberta! They have been there for me each time I've had an HVAC issue. They've replaced our outside unit, A/C coil and furnace and have always done great work. Their response is quick, their pricing is very fair and the quality of their work is excellent. I would recommend Pence's to everyone! :)

Pence’s is a great reliable local business. I really appreciate Todd’s honesty about my 20 year old system that was still working but outdated and struggling to keep up. It allowed us to make the decision to replace on our timeline instead of waiting for it to fail. Thanks to Todd and his crew for a smooth installation.

After years of shopping at big box stores for appliances - because that was the norm - we decided to give a small local shop a try. While they may not have had all the model line ups that larger places do, they made up for in product knowledge and personal service that is unmatched! Todd and his crew went above and beyond the delivery service and actually fixed broken outlet in the laundry room for us. It’s comforting to know that they have the experience and commitment to doing jobs right to fix this instead of just passing the buck along to somebody else. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another appliance from them when our fridge eventually goes out. Added bonus: they also do heating and cooling so we also have a line on keeping warm! Thanks guys!

Prompt, polite, efficient and quickly diagnosed the problem (ice maker not making ice) and fixed it. From the first telephone call to Roberta to Corbin driving out the drive - service was superb. We've used Pence's for over 30 years - furnace/ac, appliances - and always have been very satisfied. Highly recommend this home-town company -- great people providing great service.

The refrigerator that I purchased was more affordable than any other place I checked at and was delivered when they said it would be. It was a difficult move in but they handled it professionally with no damage to it or my house. The haul off of my old one was great as I didn’t need to deal with it. Great people to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a dryer last week. Within 2 hours of our leaving the store, our old dryer was loaded for disposal, the new dryer was installed in it's place, and I had returned to my laundry duties! They were very pleasant and professional! I would highly recommend them!

I have used Pence's many times over the past 20 years for every thing from a kitchen remodel, oven, cook top, microwave, and dishwasher, to furnace and A/C replacement. Pence's prices have always been lower than any other source including the "Big Box Stores", installation is professional and always on time. We currently have a furnace and A/C service plan with Pence and have never had an issue with either. I wrote this review because most people who write reviews are the people that for some reason were dissatisfied. I would also like to point out Pence has 3 negative reviews over a 5 year period. That's a pretty darn good record.

We have done business with Pence for 14 years. From air conditioning, furnace, and appliances. Never been disappointed!! Service is fantastic and always done correctly the first time. We cannot say enough positive things about this company.

I am so frustrated. I bought a dishwasher on Tuesday. I ran it the first time today and it's leaking water so badly that it's running all over my basement (under my dishwasher). The subfloor is soaking wet. When I called, I was told they could come over Tuesday (today is Friday) to fix it. The website says 24 hour emergency service. I'm not sure what that means if I have to wait 4 days to get my dishwasher fixed because it was installed incorrectly.

I actually give this place zero stars. I called pences earlier in the day to see if they had a part that I needed but apparently the lady there has no clue about anything and there is no one there that does or that can help her. She told me that mr. Pence would be back between 4:30-5 that day and I said perfect ill be there then. I show up around 4:40 and she tells me I just missed him and he would be back at 5 because that's when she leaves. Ok, I asked if there was anyone there that could find a part for me and she said "no we only have one service technician that can help you." Even though there are two service trucks sitting outside and a gentleman behind the desk the whole time. I say ok that's fine I'll be back at 5 so I leave and run home real quick and then head back up there. I get there at 5:10 and the doors are locked and lights are off!! They worst customer service ever! This is only a big deal because I have two little boys that sleep upstairs and the air is out so it's almost 90 up there so they have to sleep downstairs. I will never recommend or use this place again.

Have furnished all appliances in my home since 1991. Coming tomorrow to replace my 7 year old dishwasher. Very knowledgable people that take care of their loyal customers.

And I forgot to change this. 😁 Could you please tell your employee that keeps driving by my house ( cause he is apparently obsessed with me, I'm married sir, look but don't touch! 🤣 ) to make a complete stop at the stop sign. so he doesn't hit a child, or get a ticket. thank you. You know who you are 😏

Great Job!! My fridge went out on a Thursday and they had a new one here at my home the next day... Fast service.. Corbin was amazing..

We have used pence heating and cooling and plumbing for over 53 years they are always friendly professional and in most cases are less expensive than most other companies they also repair what they sell we will keep going to pence fort all our house hold needs large and small

I asked pence to replace my heat pump and he put an air conditioner back my January electric bill was 600 dollars because the only heat source was an emergency heat strip..i paid 3600 cash for it! And he would not make it right with me!

My furnace stopped working on a single digit degree day. I called them at 8am. They were at my house before 9am. They had us with heat 24 hours later.

Tod Dodson and crew installed new furnace. On time and no mess. Excellent job !!

Friendly home town people, like family. Would recommend to anyone .

Save your self the trouble they are old overpriced and not worth your hassles find a better place to spend your money.
