Partney has always been responsive and taken great care of us. Whether it was simple maintenance or replacing our entire HVAC, they have been outstanding to deal with.

My experience with Partney has been excellent. My ac stopped working on an extremely hot day and it was at the end of the day. Partney was the only one that would come out that same day. The technician, Shawn, contacted me right away and came right over. He was able to get my system back up and going temporarily and get me a quote and set up for installation for a replacement for my 20 year old system. Shawn was great.

Partney looked at my mom's furnace since she wanted it checked before winter. Mind you, the furnace works fine. The tech told my mom she needed a new heating element, if it was still being made. If not, she would need a new furnace. She received a call from their office that the part is no longer being made, so she will need a new furnace and they were to call her with a price. In the meantime, I call and text them wanting the part number and the cost of the furnace. Have not received any feedback. This was 5 days ago. They never called my mom with a price. Poor communication.

Partney did a fantastic job. They installed an entire new system to replace our two 18 year old worn out systems. Sean was very professional and prompt in his estimate and knowledge. Hank and Richard showed up when promised to install the two units over two days and did a wonderful job. Leslee even completed all our product registration paperwork for the warranties. We were so impressed with the service we received from Partney Heating & Cooling. From the very first phone call for service because our 31 year old air conditioner stopped working to the finished install of a complete new furnace and a/c, we had a very positive experience. The service tech took the time to explain why our old unit was not repairable. When I asked about getting a new system we received an emailed proposal within 2 hours. I really appreciated the fact that not a single person we talked to tried to hard sell us or tried to sell us more than what we wanted. They answered all our questions about different types of units, but when we told them we just wanted a good dependable basic system, that is exactly what they installed. We also consider their price to be very reasonable. I guess the bottom line is....they installed the product we wanted the same week we gave the okay, at an affordable price, without trying to push us to buy more technology than we felt we needed. We highly recommend them and found them to have great service at the best price around.

Going with Partney for my Hvac replacement a solid decision. The entire process was smooth and painless, from the estimate, to the financing, and the installation. Very professional, arrived when they said they would and had the old unit out and the new one in purring like a kitten in a matter of hours. I would recommend this company 100% with no hesitation.

Awesome! Called in the morning and got a 10:30am appointment to check out our a/c. Morgan arrived a few minutes early and was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Got us fixed and cooling down fast! So glad we called Partney, will call them again for any future needs.

Our AC went last night, Partney was the only company (while being booked and understaffed) made the effort to squeeze us in and take care of us within hours NOT days. Jason the owner (I think) came out and fixed what only need to be fixed. My family is very appreciative!! When it's time to replace our system, we will call them.

They have a five star rating from me and will use them again. After my air conditioner stopped working I asked a.co.worker who he recommended and he sent me to partney. I had called them at 8 am and by 10:15 my air was running again. The gentleman who serviced my air conditioner was top notch.
