Was honest friendly caring very professional gave us options without pressure. Even offed to put a window unit in overnight while we decided our options. From start to finish this may have been the best experience I have ever had with a service company. Had an evening emergency with no AC during a heatwave. The lady that answered the phone was one of the most genuine people I have ever interacted with. The tech called almost immediately after and was at the house within minutes. Diagnosed and fixed quickly and at such a reasonable cost. I am not a review writer but was just amazed at the service I received.

I pay a monthly fee to Perfect Air and I schedule two (2) visits a year. One in late Spring for my AC and the other in late Fall for my Heating. A technician will come out and clean and test everything. They go up and beyond to make sure my household has no issues. Also by paying this monthly fee you never pay any labor fees, just parts. I have been with them for several years now and I highly recommend their services.

Technician came was polite. Answered all my questions, showed me a couple things I did not know about our unit. Would use company again.

James was very nice and courteous! Worked very hard! He got the job done and got the job done right! I had used Perfect Air twice in the past and this was my third time using them. I know the owner Brian and he is a very nice guy. He did the other two jobs at my last house years ago. James did a great job cleaning my air ducts today. When I called to initially make an appointment Angel got me scheduled the very next day! Perfect Air is the way to go!

This company is filled with the most honest people. Angel did my estimate and gave me multiple options at different price points to choose from. She wasn't pushy at all even though I could have been convinced I needed to go with the more expensive options. I really appreciate that, because it took us a year to save up for this repair. Then Dillion came out to fix my AC today. While fixing my evaporator coils, he added a new front panel and pipes, which I believe weren't in the original estimate, and also looked at my capacitor to ensure it was it was working, because I thought it was failing. He could have easily replaced it and charged me, but was honest and let me know it was good to go. He cleaned up everything and wore shoe covers while walking through the house. Crazy good service. Matt was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional and friendly, and thoughtful enough to place a sheet at the entrance to avoid tracking in snow and ice from the recent storm. When the product we received was slightly different from what we initially discussed, Matt handled the situation calmly and quickly came up with a new plan. Despite our house being full of dogs and a 14-month-old, he managed everything smoothly. It was a great experience overall, and I highly recommend him!

James was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I was at work while the service (air duct cleaning) was being performed. I received a call from James when the job was complete, and turns out my old knob and tube electric couldn’t withstand their equipment and blew a fuse. James explains per their policy, he wasn't able to leave the home, so another employee went and purchased a new fuse. While James is telling me this on the phone, I’m thinking, “oh great, how much extra is this going to cost?” The answer was nothing. I was charged exactly what I had expected according to the amount of vents I have in my home and my understanding of their fees. I’m very happy with the overall experience. I called on a Monday and was able to get an appointment Friday, of the same week. This was my first experience with this company and I will definitely use them for any future needs and highly recommend them.

I called Perfect Air this morning at around 7:30am because my heat wasn't working. They immediately took down my information and told me someone would call me soon to schedule a time. Not even 30 minutes later Angel called me to tell me they could get someone out between 9am-10am. Cody arrived at around 9:45 and went straight to work. He quickly found the issue, cleaned up my unit and put a temporary fix on it to start heating up my house while he went out to get the part that needed to be replaced. Once he got back, he quickly got it fixed and told me everything he recommends. He was very professional, easy to talk to and informative. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

What a great experience! Cody Harris was our technician, and he did an awesome job! We had another company out, and he charged twice as much as Perfect Air and didn't even fix the problem. Cody correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and now our A/C unit is working wonderfully. Highly recommend this company! Cody is a great guy!

I don't even know how to begin, Angel came over here, and gave me an estimate, and there was no hard sell involved, she was honest and sincere she didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I was actually kind of shocked, because I had three other companies here before her, and they were trying to hard sell me into everything including the kitchen sink. Suffice it to say I bought it from her. Then Dylan came over early in the morning just like she promised, and he made the install quick easy and painless,, the job was cleaner than anything I'd ever expected he did a beautiful job installing it. There's just not enough words I can say to tell you how good it is. As far as honesty goes these guys are unbelievable there so honest. There's nowhere else to look but right here!

The technician (Cody) responded to our house very quickly, even though it was an after hours call out. He diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner and completed the repaired in a short period of time. He was very friendly and professional. An overall great experience!

Dan and James were superb! I was going to have my ducts cleaned after having my basement finished out. They inspected the ducts and noticed they were clean except for the heavy construction dust. They suggested having a whole house air cleaner installed instead of cleaning the ducts, at a fraction of the cost. They saved me a lot of money especially since I wanted a whole house air cleaner installed anyway. They were very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful, going for superb customer service rather than their bottom dollar. Perfect Air will continue to get my business and I highly recommend them!

Cody came out, he was prompt, thourough, explained everything to me. He went above and beyond trying to find fixes for the issue I was having. He was very kind. I will be using Perfect Air from here on out for my bi-annual spring and fall slcheck up services. I highly recommend them!

Perfect Air was fast, courteous, and have done a great job. I've never found myself looking forward to an HVAC system replacement, but these folks did great. If you need their services I would wholeheartedly suggest you give them a shot to earn your business.

There were a few parts that need to be replaced in the future and made a call to get them ordered while verifying they would be covered under the warranty.
