We want to highly praise Mike, our service man sent to us for our service contract checkup. He was most friendly asking how our unit was doing and then got busy checking it finding a part had to be replaced and changed our filters. Never in the past three years had a service man cleaned the outside unit and Mike did that.

Aire Serve came out last summer to add freon to my unit. When my unit froze up this year, I called them expecting them to add freon again. The technician called me to tell me it needed freon and they didn't carry R22 freon anymore. They charged me a service call and then tried to sell me a new unit.

I called Aire Serve to fix a broken HVAC system, they were prompt, polite and professional (they even took off their shoes when coming into the house due to the rain). I couldn't have been happier with their service.

Not so well 1st visit was for water not draining and getting in furnace unit. serviceman said drain hose was bad didn't have one poked a hole in duct work to let water out charged me service call about $80 and left.I replaced drain line. 2nd visit was for burned up wiring and repair because of water shorting unit out(same unit) took service man 2 visits to complete repair because unfamiliar with wiring sequencers. serviceman charged me $168. Did not charge for return visit to finish repair. Still have water problem. 3rd visit was for a different unit a/c not working..diagnosed and said bad thermostat repair $180 . Serviceman replaced thermostat did not fix found bad wire between blower and outside unit service man said wire and flex seal would be about 40 extra but said he couldn't pull wire by himself. I was off next day so I told him I could help. Serviceman came back next day and I crawled under house to feed wire in 20 ft in flex seal to protect wire. I had to make him reinstall old thermostat to check if bad .He did not want to put old thermostat back on(same kind unplug new plug old to check) thermostat was fine. The serviceman proceeded to bill me $240.. all same serviceman.

During the initial "sales talk", very little information was made available about the product. It was necessary to contact their office for the brand and model number of the three product pieces. With that information, I was able to search the internet and find descriptive information and ratings of the product I was buying. The operation of the equipment was not explained until after requesting it from the office personel at the completion of the installation. <br> <br>Coupons found on "Angies List" were not honored. A "Veterans Discount" was mentioned, but did not appear on the invoice. <br> <br>AC installation went well.. was completed the first day. Furnace was also "in place" the first day. AC was immediately operational and put to use. Completion of the Furnace was posponed indefinately. It was not until 23 days later that the Furnace installation was completed. <br> <br>Communication with the installers during the 23 days was not possible. <br> <br>Communication with the office personel was excellant and the office personel were extraordinarily accomodating and helpful. Indeed, it was due to this communication that the Furnace installation was eventually completed. <br> <br>The quality of the merchandise was excellant as was the installation job. Overall, I am pleased with the job. <br> <br>

WONDERFUL. The office staff was friendly and thorough and kept me informed of arrival schedules for the technician. They also e-mailed a resume and photo of the tech so I would know who he was when he arrived. The technician arrived as promised, was friendly and professional. He patiently diagnosed the issue, made a recommendation, made the repair, and extended our 15% coupon discount with a genuine smile. All done within less than an hour, and the prices were very competitive. I will definitely call them again next time.

<p>It was not good at all. It was a $49 special deal, They tried to rip me off big time. They refunded the $49, but they tried to tell me I needed a new air conditioner and new furnace and all that sort of stuff I called another outfit out here and what they told me was completely wrong. I called this company again and he did refund my money and apologize but I will never use them again. I was having a problem with the air conditioner when they came out. I got somebody out who charged me half of what they were going to charge me when I got it fixed. They tried to take advantage of me. He was going to charge me an outrageous price to replace a part. I just did not trust them. They came out within a reasonable amount of time. He did not have the part that he needed and when he came back and installed it he told me it was still causing a problem. I think he tampered with the outside air conditioner but I don't have any proof of that other than what the other people who tried to come out and correct it told me. They could have been honest with me and do what I needed done. </p>

Very professional and the guys where here when they said they would be. Checked and double checked the HVAC to make sure everything was working correctly with the new thermostat before they left. <br />

<p>Called early on Saturday morning, friendly receptionist promptly dispatched the serviceman. The repairman actually had the correct capacitor on his truck. He was very professional and in/out in no time.</p> <br />

I called and send e-mail through angies list and received response very quickly. I told them I thought I had a bad capacitor since I had this type of issue at another home and that I needed the repair ASAP since I needed to travel the next day. It was a Sunday and they still promised to send someone out that afternoon. The repair team called ahead and let me know they were on there way and arrived at the time expected. They quickly troubleshot and confirmed that I had a bad capacitor in one of my AC units but did not have the correct size of capacitor to replace it. Nevertheless, the repair team was able to wire two new capacitors together to achieve the same rating needed for the single capacitor that was fryed. The unit was quickly brought back online and has been cooling with no problems ever since. They had no problems accepting the angies list coupon and I was very satisfyed with all aspects of the timliness and quality of service performed. It doesn't get any better than this for Ozark country home repairs. <br />

I called them at 10:00 a.m. and they were at my house by 12:15 p.m. The secretary that answered the phone was not only friendly, but courteous and prompt in making sure that she understood what needed to be done. When Scott the technician showed up he explained the work that he was going to have to do prior to even starting it. He didn't even bill me on the time because the unit itself had to cool down prior to being restarted. He also made a follow up call to make sure it worked. I would recommend them 100 percent to anybody; not only for residential, but commercial services also. I think their professionalism is almost above reproach for our area.

Very good! They were right out after I called. Linda (secretary) was super-nice, and Steve (workman) was very friendly and helpful. Scott (office manager, I think) handled lots of phone calls for the warranty I had on the system. No other company was willing to help us!
