Carlos Warren & Son

I was prepared to use Carlos Warren & Son when my air conditioning quit working. I called and had their techs come to diagnose the issue. I was told that they had to return to the shop to obtain the part to fix the issue and it was going to cost over $900 to fix the air conditioner. I got a second opinion. The company who fixed my air conditioner charged me only $470 for parts, labor and a pound of Freon. I will not be using them.

We have been with Carlos Warren over 15 years. We have purchased new units and have had maintenance work done. They have always been there when we had trouble. They do very good work, are friendly and knowledgeable, and explain what they are doing and why. We would highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.

I had this ac unit put in of 2023 and ever since i have had Problems .Had a service call 5 times already.And when you call for someone to fix it it takes about 4 days to have someone to come out and look at it.A brand new ac system that i am still paying on a d half the time its not working !!! Thank carlos warren &sons. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEN THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE

This place is awesome, we just bought our home and of course we had some problems to fix. HVAC was a problem, but not after we called Carlos Warren & Son. Very quickly his team came out to assess the problem, and promptly scheduled a time to get the ductwork fixed. 10/10 Will use for future projects!

Have a service agreement with them and had them come out on the service agreement on one unit and added another unit to the plan. The office called to let me know they were on the way, Joe showed up and was very professional and very knowledgeable, very polite. I recommend them to anyone wanting professional service.

Hired this company to fix a leak in my ac system we were losing coolant. They came out said they did some test and there was not leak just was low on coolant a month later AC stops cooling so I call them and ask why it's stopped cooling and they said they would have to charge me another 400 bucks to come out I said I already paid you to fix this problem you said wasn't a problem now they want to charge me another unsaid amount to come out when I said something they said well it's to big of a job so why did they take the job if it was to big of a job in the first place they should have said that before they charged me 400 dollars for nothing do not use these criminals

Carlos Warren and Son has been very professional from the time we called to get a quote for a new system to operation questions we have had after installation. They have been very responsive to our needs. Great job Carlos Warren and Son!

Jack and Tyler came over to service my unit this week and I was very pleased with their service! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly.

I contacted Spencer about an installation and he was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was very friendly and professional, highly recommend!

Service man came out broke line then tells me it was like that already but that wasn't problem furnace is problem not new a/c with beatpump won't even stand behind warranty. Official response was we didn't take any money from you don't know what you talking about.wandered why didn't charge service fee pretty slick now they can deny deny deny

I give them a high rating. I'm getting ready to call them again. They are always reasonable. They only directed me to fix the problem because it needed concrete and all kinds of stuff. I've always liked them. They are personable and reasonable. They came out quickly.
