Performance Heating Cooling and Chimney

Called Jeff after waiting for allmost 2 months on another company for a quote on a complete Heatpump/AC system with new Airhandler. Not only had a quote very fast . But the Price was alot less than the other company as well and i went with a little bit larger system. Install was great Jeff and crew are professional and quick had my new system up in 1 day! Hopefully i wont need any work like this for a while, but if i do it will be Performance Heating and Cooling!

Jeff is extraordinary as he’ll help you with anything you need in timely manner. I accidentally put my thermostat on Celsius and couldn’t get it back to Fahrenheit called Heff ( he wasn’t open yet) he helped me with it and in a friendly courteous professional manner. The furnace at a building that I bought in Deepwater , had been cutting out at unpredictable times. I called a couple of HVAC companies and I got all kinds of guessing the problem. One company even charged me 150.00 $ just to turn a breaker back on! I kept having problems and I noticed some arcing at the flue draft motor. I called Jeff who asked me to send him some information. He got the guys out and fixed the problem. Asap

Came out same day. Explained what they needed to do to fix the air conditioner. Fixed it for a reasonable price. Will definitely call again when we need heating or cooling experts. Very professional. Highly recommend.

After having several "Professionals" from a Home Warranty company come in and mess up our whole heating system (Ancient Boiler w/ Radiators) Jeff took the time to learn, reverse engineer, and troubleshoot the problems for an ultimate solution. Ultra Violet light stops mold, mildew, covid-19 and other contaminants. I live in the Clinton Missouri area and I have used performance heating and cooling for the past 17 years. They talk to me about putting in an ultraviolet light in my furnace and AC system. This was to stop mold mildew and other containments in the house also covid-19. I ran the heating system the night after they installed this system, my sister came in the next day and asked if I deodorized the house or carpet I said no I just ran the furnace all night. It smelled like a spring day in the house. It cleaned and sanitized the air in the whole house after about 8 hours of using this system.

Called and asked a question about my system they quickly answered and led me to where I needed to get the part I was looking for. Other places refused help because I was not paying them for the information. Thank you so much! I highly recommend

Jeff and mert came right out same day I called within an hour and had my air back on and running. Just had a loose wire. It's nice to see honest people not trying to put the hammer to your wallet. Thank you guys. I'll definitely recommend you guys.

Paid for new board for hvac came in zero degree weather said he doesn’t have time for this he has other places to go and left. Not there ten minutes left a bill with the tenant for 180 dollars. Still no heat said 2700 now
