We got a call from MCS to schedule an appointment as we needed soon. The tech came as promised, diagnosed AC unit, did the repair, and fixed the AC unit.

It was good. They came when they said they would. Pricing was fair. They didn't try to do something that wasn't necessary

MCS techs were very courteous. New HVAC system install went well. They explained all their work professionally. Also found a crack in the flue and replaced which was overlooked by a previous contractor. They are very thorough and reasonable. I highly recommend MCS.

We were very happy with the work completed. Provided lots of information and advice about A/C maintenance and getting the maximum use out of our aging A/C unit without trying to sell us on an immediate replacement. Our A/C unit is working so much better now after cleaning and replacing a small part. Super friendly staff, punctual with appointment time, and we'll be hiring them again for all our heating and A/C needs!

The engineer was thorough and professional. It rained 1.5 inches while he worked on the AC unit and it barely slowed him down. He tested, cleaned and recharged my system. Pricing was reasonable.

They were prompt, identified the problem and repaired the system. I definitely would hire them again and recommend them.

I Hired them for when my furnace stopped working. It would act like it would start up and no fire up. They came out and got it working and gave me the bad news of that the part was no longer available because of being a old system. Gave me a quote for what it would cost to replace, but didn't give me the brands or sizes or work besides that the company did a great job.

I had a new furnace installed. Chuck and Andrew were both well trained and very nice. I would gladly have them work on my HVAC system any time.

MCS was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. I got a very positive impression that my furnace repair was in good hands. Given that the heating problem arose during a period of very cold conditions, MCS went the extra mile to make sure the part was obtained and installed ASAP. If I had need for this type of service again, I would definitely use MCS.

Overall the project went will. We haven't received an invoice for the work as of yet.

Andrew arrived on time, quickly inspected the furnace and explained clearly the situation, with options. Repairs were done quickly and to my satisfaction. Cost was reasonable and I would recommend to anyone needed furnace or AC repairs.

Emailed these guys late at night. They called at 7:00am the next morning. By 7:30 am someone was at my house to check the furnace and by 11:00am my furnace had a new motor. Great experience!
