Great service! Quickly installed and they even cleaned up the work space! Steve, the sales rep was helpful to us in selecting the right furnace and AC. He was answered all of our questions and made us aware of the rebates and tax credits we were untitled to.

I got several quotes for a new furnace and this contractor provided one of the better value proposals. Just about every contractor tries to upsell premium features so it is best to do research before meeting with them. There were a couple minor, mostly aesthetic things I was not happy about but the furnace itself has been working fine.

After installation my unit was not working correctly. They came out three times and never fixed the problem, stopped returning phone calls and refused to send a different tech to see if they could figure out the problem. I was told I was the problem. I had to hire another company who fixed the problem in less than a half hour. Since the unit was supposed to be under warranty I asked them to reimbursement the expense and they refused.
