I needed a water heater installed because mine sprung a leak, and it was old! They were here on Monday morning by 8am and completely installed by around 9:30. Great service. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing and Heating!!

Had my oil burning furnace go out this weekend and couldn’t find anyone …. Until I got Justin on the phone , he was amazing helped me diagnose my problem over the phone . And he did it at no charge ! People this company is the real deal!

They installed my new dishwasher, they fixed my toilets several times, and maintained my furnace and replaced hardware in my showers and can say the many people who have come have been highly professional, easy to book appointments, they show up on time or early with great communication about issues and costs before doing work. 5 STAR def lived up to its name this weekend. In the mid of 93degree heat my a/c was not operating properly and walked into my furnace/laundry room to a soaked floor. After explaining to Jeremy what was happening he chose to troubleshoot and walk me thru the steps to correct the issue and get my a/c back functioning. Jeremy’s customer service is top notch- many places would have jumped at the chance to charge $$$ to inspect and correct the issue however Jeremy opted to save me $250-300 for what would have been a 15 min service call/fix. I’ll def be using them again if the need arises! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a furnace emergency and called 5 Star Plumbing, Heating, and Air after calling 3 other places closer to us with no help. So thankful they were willing to come out within the hour to help. Justin was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable! He fixed our problem in a timely manner and showed us some tips and tricks along the way. Definitely recommend!

Justin came out within 2 hours on 07/05/25 when we lost our A/C. My granddaughter has 3 children under 5 (one under 2 with medical issues) we were cooling off in no time. I use them for all my houses. Great customer service...that's why!

Justin, and his team did an excellent job at getting our AC replaced quickly, cleanly, and for a great price. They also informed me that there was a rebate available for me through Xcel. They clearly go above and beyond for their customers, will be using them moving forward for any plumbing and HVAC needs.

Matt and his team are amazing! Back in December 2016 our furnace went out - just 6 months after we moved to the area. It also happened to be 2 months after our wedding and we didn't really have the reserve funds for a new furnace. Not only did 5 Star promptly (within 72 hours) get a new furnace installed for us, they willingly figured out a payment plan for us. Fast forward 4 years, we immediately went to them when we needed a new water heater. The water heater was installed in May 2020 and then started acting up the end of November 2020. Two different guys came out over the course of 5 days to figure out why the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. After their multiple trips and still not consistently having hot water, they simply decided to replace the water heater entirely. All of this is to just to say that 13/10 we would recommend 5 Star Plumbing Heating & Air. Everyone we've ever worked with has been professional, courteous, and willing to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we have. Not to mention prompt both in returning calls, scheduling appointments, and arriving for said appointments. Really can't stress enough how great this company is. We will 100% be calling them when it's time to update our AC unit.

My old AC and furnace couldn’t keep up with its demand and I needed to replace it. The people at 5 star were able to help me out quickly and get everything replaced. The day before my install my water heater started leaking and they were able to replace that too. The quality of work their employees do and their customer service is excellent and highly recommended. There is a reason they are called 5 star.

Our water heater kept going out due to high humidity in our basement. 5-Star heating and air gave up recommendations on how to get rid of that humidity with a dehumidifier. However, before that it broke 3xs- They came out within the hour of us calling them- EVERYONE was so accommodating, they suggested that we get the replacement parts from the distributor and those were under warranty- so was some of the labor and they explained how to figure that out as well. I have never had such pleasure working with any company the way I did with them. Their prices even at the emergency rate was beyond affordable and we are so thankful we got referred to 5-star heating and air. 5-STARS!!!!!!!!!!

These guys were AWESOME!! From the first phone call, we could tell we were dealing with the right people. On time, courteous, clean, efficient, knowledgeable, and best of all reasonable pricing. We had another outfit out there that wanted an astronomical amount for furnace only! 5 STAR came in with a bid at about 65% of the other guys bid, and that was with A/C as well!! Very impressed! The customer service is 5 star. Dave is incredible to work with. I had an electrical issue with my air conditioner. He helped pay to have it fixed. Asked questions and then sent people to take care of the problem with in an hour. Polite, professional. Cleaned up completely after. Pricing was excellent. I got twice the appliance then any other quote, for very little extra money. I highly recommend this company.

I received a referral from a friend about 5 Star. My furnace went out a few days before Christmas, we were able to use it yet, but needed a new one as soon as possible. I spoke with Dave, the owner, he took my information, gave me an estimate, and scheduled it for this past Monday. Andy, Don and Jordan showed up before the 10 am appointment, installed my new furnace, and A/C condenser. The guys were professional and conscious of our concerns. System was up and running Monday afternoon! Highly recommend this team!

The customer service from 5 star plumbing and heating is absolutely amazing. 5 star installed my water heater/boiler and more recently my furnace. They always make my family a high priority. When the house became cold due to a failing furnace, Dave sent his crew immediatly to address the problem finding a carbon monoxide issue. He provided us with portable electric heaters until he could get the furnace ordered and installed the next day. Not only are they prompt but the crew are highly skilled and know their trade well. Curtis is by far one of the best technicians you will ever know. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they will be there when they tell you. I would highly recommend their service.

Fantastic work & even better than fantastic people to work with. David & his employees are wonderful! Very professional & extremely talented at their jobs. We were in a bind because our a/c went out during the hottest week of the year. Not only did they work us in as soon as possible, they also loaned us a portable a/c unit to help us through until they could get there. I would absolutely recommend them above all others & will definitely be calling on them again as we work on our remodel.
