Skyler Foss did a great job fixing the problem with my furnace. Very friendly and courteous.

Everything was great. Dispatch called to let me know they were on the way, I like that. They were on time. They made sure to clean up after themselves, you wouldn't even know they were here.

It was good! It was late on a weekend and I'm happy that there was somebody on call and they were able to run it up again.

Tonna sent a professional to my home to install a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis Water System. Both are from Hellenbrand name. The staff, Clint, had advised us about the effectiveness of a Water Softener and a Reverse Osmosis Water System before we ordered the systems. Both installations worked as scheduled and after installation, the staff advised us how to use the system more effectively. The prices were reasonable. Would hire again. In fact, our Water Heater was also installed by Tonna.

Jamie gave us the good news and bad news. They also did a refrigerant charge on my old unit to get us by until they were able to install the new AC and furnace. Also caught the need for grounding of our gas line to bring it up to current building code.

Excellent in every way I can think of. Exceptional knowledge of what a customer will benefit from, patient--even with an unreasonable inspector, These are people you want to work with! Worthy of your trust when you're not sure yourself what you need or what's best for you. (I don't give many glowing reviews!)

came in for a bid, scheduled the time, they showed up on time, were professional and clean. everything went as planned. planning to have them back for more work as we replace utilities. thanks team Tonna! <br />

It went very well.  They started on schedule, dealt with minor problems quickly and finished about on schedule.  They were polite, non-intrusive and cleaned up after themselves. <br />

First visit (1/27/15): I had contacted Tonna to check the flame sensor on my furnace.  the burner was cycling often.  During the first visit the technician confirmed my suspicion that the flame sensor was bad.  He also found that the drain for the exhaust fan was plugged and the burners were rusted (propane furnace).  He cleaned out the drain.  He also cleaned the flame sensor as best he could until he could come back with a new one.  He was very careful cleaning the drain to make sure water didn't spill on any electronics. <br /> Second visit (1/29/15): The technician installed the new burners and the new flame sensor. <br /> The labor seemed a bit excessive since he had to make two trips. <br />

Arrived at scheduled time. Very professional. Always on task. Cleaned up everything at end of job. Explained how everything worked. Will definitely use again. <br />
