Harvey Mechanical saved the day!! Ben with Harvey Mechanical is a service all star. He was knowledgeable, personable, and had all the solutions on his service vehicle. He quickly diagnosed my issue, replaced the bad capacitor and topped off my coolant in my air conditioner unit. Ben was super nice and he lived up to the hype! I called Ben this past Saturday, realizing my water heater was leaking. He responded quickly and got the new heater and installed the next day, which was Sunday. I have to say that Ben Harvey is absolute lifesaver when it comes to AC repair. Ben contacted us and was at our home extremely fast and the AC was fixed in a very timely manner. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done he was affordable and did not try to overcharge for service. Ben and his partner were polite and explained the entire process as they were repairing the AC unit. I will definitely be using Ben for any future repairs or replacement needs. We had a new furnace and central air installed last fall and that went well. Unfortunately; the annual service maintenance has been extremely lacking. I reached out twice to get the fall maintenance scheduled. I didn’t hear anything back the first time so reached out again a few weeks later and did hear back. At that time I was told he had time late that week or early next. That time came and went and never heard back after that and never stopped by to do maintenance. Fast forward a few weeks and our one year old furnace goes down. Left a voicemail and a text explaining the issue. Didn't hear anything back so we had to make other arrangements because its December in Minnesota and we need heat..... All in all just a really disappointing experience and since I prepaid for the annual maintenance I will be eating the $180 I paid. Needless to say we will be using a different HVAC company in the future that has the time to perform scheduled maintenance.

We had Harvey Mechanical out to our home to replace our AC and furnace. It was a fairly extensive project, and Ben and Peter were professional, thorough, and communicative through the entire process. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Thanks Harvey Mechanical!

Ben came highly recommended by our friend/employee Peter. We had an entire new HVAC system installed in 2016 and didn't think we would have to deal with any "major" issues for years to come. It turns out we not only needed maintenance, but we needed an entire new A/C unit due to the deterioration of the current system. We had a faulty blower motor, a leak that caused water to pool inside our a/c unit, a blockage in the main line and a secondary leak as well. SO with all that , the perfect storm ended us up with a new Goodman 13 seer 2 ton full install a/c system. Ben made sure we were provided with multiple options, including attempts to repair the above mentioned issues, before we decided to ditch the repairs and go for the full replacement. Ben even went as far as to inspect and repair our duct "issues" that we've had in our home since we purchased the home in 2010. We've never had such great air circulation and our master bedroom finally has cold air in it for the first time ever. Ben broke down the air flow in our home, letting us know what we could do to change the upstairs summer flow in our daughters room and make better seasonal adjustments to help heat the basement in the winter. We recognize what it's like to own a small business, and we proudly support local small businesses and completely understand what a hard days work and a job well done can mean to clients. We will for sure continue to recommend Harvey Mechanical and use them again, hopefully not too soon.

We initially called them to come out and examine our furnace since it was not operational. Ben got our furnace running and suggested the installation of a new furnace because it was old, very inefficient, and needed replacing. Our AC unit had stopped working months before, and so he gave us different quotes to replace both the AC and furnace to match our needs and budget. We received quotes from other local and larger HVAC companies, and his hands down was the best option. We had previous experience with him repairing our furnace, he was professional, friendly, and flexible, so we had Ben and his team replace our old AC and furnace. The overall experience was awesome! We will definitely use him in the future and highly recommend Harvey Mechanical!

Ben was fantastic to work with. He installed 2 new boiler systems in my property. He even worked on Saturday to make sure the job was done in time for the cold weather. Honest and upfront I felt comfortable trusting him for this bigger job. Ben also came out a week or so after when there was a “user error” and he helped me figure things out free of charge. I’d highly recommend Harvey Mechanical for anything HVAC.

We highly recommend Harvey Mechanical, LLC for any of your HVAC needs. We needed to replace our 42-year-old AC unit, and thought we may as well replace the old furnace and water heater at the same time. Ben gave us a lower estimate then the other 2 places we had out to the house, he took more time with us, answered all of our questions thoroughly and without making us feel ignorant about what his plans were. During the installations, he and his co-worker were professional, relaxed, worked out any “bumps” they found along the way. My furnace shut down very early Christmas Eve morning due to ice buildup on the exhaust vent on the roof during a bad snow/windstorm. I had trouble finding an HVAC company with availability due to the holiday and many calls as a result of the storm. Ben came out that evening and was here until 11 pm working to get the vent cleared and furnace back up and running. He was very professional and personable and explained the various options. I would highly recommend Harvey Mechanical and will definitely be using their HVAC services in the future!

Great service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Another larger company could not get my hot-water heating system working properly after 3 chances, and then tried to upsell me a $3K upgrade. Didn't seem right so I called Harvey Mechanical. I found that Ben knew exactly what to do. He fixed the issue within a couple hours at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Terrible communication - emailed once to text directly, so I did. I confirmed my address & appointment need, and it took over 4 days to respond, all to say they don’t service in Minneapolis. Weird because their website lists Minneapolis as an area they serve. Taking business elsewhere.

Ben from Harvey Mechanical is reliable, trustworthy, and honest. Unlike the the warranty group I have been giving my money to monthly that did nothing for me. Ben was told by the warranty company to replace a part on the water heater which by the way had gone out three weeks earlier. Ben ordered the part and when it came in the warranty company refused to reimburse him for the part and would not pay for the service cost. Ben only charged me a small fee to put it in. Thank you Ben, you are the best. No doubt about it, Ben at Harvey Mechanical is my plumber and you'd be a fool not to choose him as yours.

I recently had my furnace go out and was not too sure where to begin. I had a company look at my furnace initially and it was ok service and was quoted to replace the furnace a pretty high number. After shopping around I stumbled upon Harvey Mechanical and could tell right away this is definitely the company I was going to go with. They were able to get the same services and the same furnace for a better price. I could honestly not recommend a place more! This company is amazing, from their professionalism to their quality of work it does not get much better than this. They were able to get everything done inside of one day and they were very flexible with scheduling. You cannot find a company in HVAC with this level of quality work along with their competitive pricing and professionalism.

I was in a rough spot on one of the hottest days of the year, I had just gotten a brand new puppy and the AC went out. We couldn’t find anyone that could help us, then we found Mr. Harvey’s number online. He showed up fast, fixed everything quickly and efficiently, never tried to hassle us on prices or anything. I was so impressed with how efficient, knowledgeable and dedicated to complete the AC install (even after an unexpected and time consuming problem arose) Ben and his apprentice were. And they had to work in the rain! Ben explained everything step by step to me so there were no hidden surprises in cost and timing. I also learned from him about the workings of my new system. He answered all of my many questions patiently (mechanics are alien to me) and in way I could grasp.
