Ryan, Lucas, and Jamie did an awesome job! 100% recommended I was having issues with my furnace. Ryan came out as soon as he could to take a look at it. Doug was awesome! On time, found the problem, tried ways to fix the old furnace and we talked about all options. He waived the emergency fee and will be installing a new furnace tomorrow. Will not hesitate to use Home Care in the future.

The 16 year old furnace died on a Thursday night and unfortunately my repair plan from another company did not cover the heat exchanger as it was leaking too much carbon monoxide. I called Home Care Heating and Air and Steve came within a few hours to give me a quote for a new furnace. This was late Friday afternoon and Steve said he could have someone install the Furnace the very next day. Jamie and Lee came over the next day earlier than expected (after calling and confirming with me). They worked diligently and meticulously to take out and install the new Furnace and by noon on Saturday we had heat back in the house. Jamie and Lee laid out tarp to prevent any damage to the floor and carpet and cleaned up after the work. Jamie explained everything about the new Furnace as well. They even installed a Nest thermostat I had lying around that did not work with the earlier furnace. The office took care of the documentation required for energy rebates. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend trying Home Care especially if you are in a bind with a breakdown close to the weekend.

Joe came out to my house to work on my furnace and stove. Joe was kind and efficient. I will definitely be using Home Care Heating And Air. Another time I needed my dryer and bathroom vents replaced. James (Jimmy) and Lee came out and did a fantastic job! Both were knowledgeable and did great work!

Needed work on our indoor gas fireplace. Got a quick appointment scheduled. Ryan our Technician was prompt, curtious, quick and thorough. He fixed the previous wrong installation of the glass, cleaned the glass, and inside area. Checked for leaks and gave me a heads up on the need to replace the ignition in a few years. I would highly recommend them for any fireplace issues.

I recently had Ryan from Home Care Heating and Air out to our home. Ryan was very polite and very thorough. We moved forward with a new Trane furnace and air conditioner. We are very happy with the service we received from Ryan and the entire team. I highly recommend this company.

We had great service! They came so quickly, got our Air working again. then came back to replace the whole system. Now we have a much more even temp in our home. The team was great making sure we understood everything they were doing. They made sure our new thermostat was connected to our phones and we knew how to use it. Very happy with our service!!!

I was looking for a local company when my air went out. In the past when something broke down i would call home service plus and just have them replace it but after they overcharged my on a water heater i wanted to go a different route and boy am I happy I did. I originally called Home Care heating based upon their reviews online. I now know why they are so high. The guys did an amazing job installing both an air conditioner and furnace for me. They kept us updated at every step and even fixed the problem a different company who installed my dehumidifier made. The price was better than I was expecting. The place was left clean, you would have never noticed so many people been in and out of my home. They were also kind to my dogs, petting them each time they came in and making sure they didn't get out as they were bringing in equipment. They even extended the ceiling fan pull chain so i could reach it to change the direction of my fan with the seasons. These small thoughtful acts of kindness speak volumes about the type of professionals they employ, they really care about their customers. Here is what impressed me the most, when i called on a Monday afternoon they were able to install Wednesday morning first thing. I really appreciated that they understood it needed to be done asap for health reasons. I highly recommend them for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.

Ryan was out the day we called and was able to provide several solutions to our issue. Jamie and Lee were out shortly after and quickly installed our new furnace in professional manner. Would certainly recommend using Home Care Heating and Air in the future.

Our technician Ryan was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and neatly, explained his work and the outcome of diagnostics. When finished, he offered suggestions for efficient use of the fireplace going forward. When asked, he also offered help with finding a reputable duct cleaning company, going beyond his purpose for the call. We would not hesitate to call Ryan again in the future.

Home Care Heating & Air is amazing. We had Ryan and Trace come out. They were so nice and communicated very well what time they would be arriving and they came at the time they stated. I appreciated that so much. They were both so nice and professional. They got the works done quickly which was wonderful because we have four young boys and couldn’t do another night without heat. Ryan and Trace thank you so much my boys are calling you guys our super hero’s. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

We had a nighttime emergency with the furnace going out in January. Steve was prompt, educated and provided great service. There was no repairing the furnace and prior owner never fixed the old class action lawsuit on it so he ordered a new one that night and got us on the schedule because everything was so backed up from the cold. The next morning I worked with the wonderful, all-knowing woman in the front office, forgive me I forgot her name. She pulled off maneuvers that got us installed so that we were without heat for less than 24 hrs!! Ryan installed swiftly and got everything going. Thanks team!

Ryan from Home Care Heating & Air came out to provide an AC tune-up at our home. He was professional, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He finished the job in a short amount of time, and even provided us with an estimate for an additional job my wife and I had been considering for some time. Once again, our only regret is not calling these guys sooner. Chimney Doctors and HCHA are simply the best!

I recently had a new air conditioner installed and was impressed by the service and quality of the work done. Jamie and Lee were incredible and I will definitely be using home care in the future for HVAC work and maintenance on my system.

Prompt timely service. Ryan the tech was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to get me back up and running with ease. He was willing to work with what he had to get it running again but had additional solutions that would prevent the issue in the future. Not pushy and very upfront with pricing.

There timeliness is outstanding, there communication was on point I got a 30 minute heads up and a 15mn “were close” text, for planning this helps tremendously. Jamie and Lee came in, very respectful of the house. Kept quiet- I’m working from home and didn’t even notice they were here. very proficient. In and out 2 hours quicker than quoted. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them if the need arises again.

Jamie and team went the extra mile to make sure the install was successful. Jamie even came back to my house to help me after hours.

Don't get me wrong... the technicians work their butt off. Customer service over the phone is excellent. However the follow through on communication/promises is lacking. I was told several times that I would hear back the next day. That generally turned into about a week before another appointment could be set. I had issues after the second install day and complained. Let me note I do not blame the technician for this. I was told the owner would be out with follow up after the issue. This never came to fruition. In short, the technicians are great and care about your home and comfort, but the company itself doesn't follow through timely or makes promises it doesn't keep.

We heard about Home Care Heating and Air via their sister company Chimney Doctors— with whom we had our fireplace fixed up. We were very pleased with our experience there, so when our furnace stopped working we were interested to see if the service was the same at Home Care. It was. Jamie and Ryan were able to come assess the issue, discuss our options, and replace our furnace all within the same day. We really appreciated their efficiency and professionalism throughout their whole time here. Jamie walked us through the ins and outs of our new furnace and thermostat programming before leaving, and we were very happy to have our heat back up and running in this Minnesota winter (mild or not).
