One of the unit did not work on Jun 15th when I turned it on. I called the provider and he sent the original two technical guys over to check. Per their inspection, they told me the compressor was not working. Then the provider asked me to write a $1000 check as collateral paid to YORK such that YORK can sent me the replacement part, according to the provider, when we sent the broken compressor, YORK will refund the check to me. However I found the check was checked on the same day it was made on June 20 and I have not gotten any delivery from YORK nor provider even the provider said that the replacement part should arrive on Jun 29 or 30. I have filed a claim with citi bank on 7/3 for this matter, they have found the checked has been cashed via the JP Morgan chase to a "YORK" account. I called YORK and they claimed first they would never ask the customer to make any collateral payment and my unit is on one year warrantee. When I went to Chase to find out who has fraudulent the check, Chase told me due to protect the customer's privacy they won't be able to release the name of the person except I file a police report to bring the investigation in the legal way between Chase and Citi. I called Angi which is where I found and engaged the services with the provider.

They try to repair it and they couldn't repair it, and I need to replace it and the Climate Control Experts fixed the unit within an hour and it's running better than ever.
