We purchased a Speedqueen washer and dryer set from Bathricks. Eric was very knowledgeable about them and had the best price around. I loved how quick and easy installation was and that he took the old set. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend Bathrick's! Our furnace went out several years ago and we decided to get a couple quotes. One company came in very high and said we must also replace our air conditioner. Erik's quote was much better for a quality system and he assessed that our air conditioner didn't need to be replaced. His team did a fabulous job replacing the furnace.Two summers ago, the air conditioner acted up so we called Erik assuming the unit had taken its last breath and would need to be replaced. He squeezed in a stop at our house during his personal time and discovered it only needed a part swapped out. Ten minutes later, the unit was working. Erik is hands down the best! He is so helpful, honest, and fast. He answers all our questions and makes himself available so quickly. We had our AC replaced and have had other service through Bathricks and it has always been done the right way the first time, also their pricing is great!

Omg, Erik is the best and made install so easy for our speed queen washer. Woodbury SW were not helpful and added a lot of fees which they couldn't explain. Erik was honest and made it simple for new washer installation and haul away old washer. He took care in moving washer upstairs and showed us all the settings. Also we saved so much time and money through Erik that we won't go with big box stores anymore.

Erik to the rescue! Because of a previous positive experience with Bathrick’s to purchase a Speed Queen washer, I reached out to Erik when my furnace stopped working. Of course, it was nearly 9 PM with outside temps approaching below zero. Erik came right over, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to complete the repair. Erik is friendly, safety minded, knowledgable and trustworthy! I highly recommend Bathrick’s!!

Erik was able to help me out with same day service when we didn’t have a working furnace. He walked me through ways to troubleshoot and then came out to help and solve the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and is just a genuinely nice guy. He’s the only person I would want to use for HVAC issues or new installations going forward!

This company is fantastic. We highly recommend them. When our furnace went out just ahead of a forecasted single digit high for the next day, Eric was very prompt, friendly and helpful. He was able to diagnose the issue and help us get our furnace temporarily going over the phone until he arrived to replace the defective part.

My parents have been customers for many years, and now my wife and I have kept using their services from our last house to our current house. The service is outstanding and have never had any issues with the quality of work (unlike other companies we’ve tried in the past), they’ve helped us no matter the time or day, and their knowledge on industry HVAC supply chains have saved us a ton of money by knowing the best times to buy new equipment (they knew at the start of the pandemic that prices would go up with the shortages, and the AC at our townhouse gave out in the beginning of summer, at their recommendation we bought a new unit, and at the end of summer the exact same model had gone up almost 500 dollars). I cant recommend Bathricks enough and will use their services as long as they are in business.

I highly recommend Bathrick’s Appliances! My dryer went out the other day so I called Bathrick’s to ask about repair. Erik told me, based on what I described, that the motor was blown and I would need a new dryer. He happened to have one available at the shop (for a very reasonable price) and twenty minutes later I picked it up! He even called later on that evening to make sure that everything went well with it. I will be calling Bathrick’s first for any and all future appliance situations.

I just moved to town, and my washer failed. I like to buy locally; I did a search and found Bathricks. This place has been in business since 1918 gotta be good right? I entered the store at 8:30 AM and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. I said I wanted a Speed Queen washer. In luck, they sell them. I wrote my name down, and they said they would call me when they came in; they were on backorder. That was Monday. I called on Tuesday to check in, and they said they would schedule me once they were in. I got a call on Thursday that they have a washer for me, but it will be the following week for installation due to many furnace emergencies. COOL. To my surprise, I got a call Saturday morning asking if I'd be around in the morning to have my washer installed, and I sure am. Overall, the product and communication were great - Old school customer service, and I mean that in the best way possible. This is your place if you want to work with good people you can trust.
