Rivercity is amazing, they’ve helped save us with AC issues twice now. Last summer they were the first to respond and quickest to get out, and helped us find an affordable alternative to replacing our entire AC unit that will buy us a couple more years of life. This summer we just needed a small repair (not related to their previous work) that they were able to come out and fix right away! Super fair pricing and very honest advice.

Can't recommend rivercity refrigeration Inc enough! Awesome service, saved my beloved can cooler twice now with affordable pricing. Garage wouldn't be the same without it. I had a terrible experience in rochester, i will happily load my problems up and spend time driving here for my needs. I dealt mostly with Mitch, but everyone I talked to here was down to earth and accommodating. Very happy with my experience here, I'm sure I'll be back. Hands down honest and great to work with.

Great communication. Luke the tech was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed our A/C very quick. Would recommend to friends and family.

These guys are the best, I called explained the issue with my furnace, they had the parts I needed and the prices were reasonable and I was able to get my furnace running again. They even contacted me to make sure my furnace was working and if I needed any further assistance. I will definitely be a return customer if/when I have problems in the future.

We were having issues with our walk in cooler on a Thursday evening. Call a few "24hr" HVAC company's. I was getting know body to respond. A patron said have you ever heard of Rivercity Refrigeration... Give them a call they will answer. Sure enough gave them a call and Mitch answered. He said Ill get a guy heading your way. Luke should up in a timely matter and took care of the issue. Top notch guys very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Rivercity Refrigeration to anybody.

I was informed by staff at The Village in Waterville that our freezer temperature was 20 degrees! A terrible way to start a busy Friday. I contacted River City Refrigeration and Mitch was sent out to respond to our need. He had already formulated what the problem might be, and was able to quickly determine his suspicion was accurate. Fortunately the repair was fairly simple and required no expensive parts, simply putting his skills to work to alleviate the issue. Our walk-in freezer was full and we could ill afford to have it not be operational. Thank you very much for responding quickly and accurately to our time of need. CALL THESE GUYS BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!! On memorial weekend none the less we were turning on the air for the first time this season and getting hotter. After 5 other calls to other companies with no return or resolve we were preparing for a hot long weekend. Decided to call one last spot and were blown away by the response this company gave us. They answered our call while mowing the lawn and within 30 minutes had a guy at our door. Very knowledgeable and as friendly as you could ask Alex arrived and thoroughly investigated the entirety of the system. Had us informed and repaired within 2 hours parts were readily available on his work truck. Solid company.

Central air went out on the hottest day of the year called Jim late at night. Put us on the schedule for Thursday. Mitch and his coworker who I didn’t get his name came out & got our air up and running highly recommend five stars.

Thanks to Mitch and Jim, they did a fantastic job installing our new Goodman heating and air conditioner. I have been using Rivercity Refridgeration for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

Very quick to fix an issue with the furnace after normal business hours. I would recommend them for all your after-normal business hour needs.

Very impressed with this company, call this morning and they had a technician here before 2 pm the same day. He was here about a hour and had everything up and going. They will be my go to company from now on. Thank you very much for your prompt and courteous help.
