Comfort Heating was recommended to me by my daughter, who previously had work done with Comfort. I needed a furnace checkup and the appointment process was easy. Jake came out within the appointed time and he was so courteous and friendly and headed right to work. He discovered and fixed a small leak and even installed my Nest thermostat in a few quick steps. Jake answered every question patiently, and understood I was new to home maintenance. Comfort Heating is now the only company I will call for any future HVAC needs.

These guys were really professional and able to prioritize getting out to our home in an emergency situation. When Jake found it wasn’t as quick of a fix as we all had hoped, Jake was promptly back out the next day with a different part to take care of the issue. He was super professional, polite and friendly; and perhaps the best part was he walked my wife step-by-step through how to set up and use the online app so she felt comfortable using it. We had central AC installed today. Chuck and Benito were our techs (mostly Chuck, Benito was only here for a few hours). They were very professional and timely. Chuck worked extra hard doing some troubleshooting in the very hot sun. We are so far happy with our experience!

It took some doing, but Comfort Heating has successfully fixed up our heating system after we bought our house and found several issues. Thank you for the perseverance and and quality work. Most recently Jake was out to install a new control board. As usual, super polite, friendly, and very knowledgable. While we hope we are done seeing the guys for awhile, they are welcome back to fix us up anytime.

We had Comfort heating replace our furnace and we continue to use them for service calls. Recently, Jake serviced our A/C unit and did an excellent job. Yesterday morning after I took a medium warm shower, went down to see what was up with the water heater and noticed water on the floor. The water heater had been leaking for awhile, it just finally quit working. Called Comfort Heating and Hailey asked a few questions and said we would call you right back with a plan. Got a call this morning and Hailey said they have scheduled me with a new water heater at noon. By 3pm, I had a new water heater and hot water. Chuck and Bonito were very professional and personal. Made sure they put covering on the floor and cleaned up after they were done. Comfort Heating has always taken care of my heating and plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them.

Jake just completed the annual inspection and service on my furnace and AC. He as always, is knowledgeable, helpful and provides great education. He fixed an issue I had with my thermostat and gave me a “heads up” on a potential replacement part for the furnace and told me what to watch for. I appreciate the no drama and the transparency with monitoring the furnace rather than “you need to do this now”. It is why I continue to trust the team at Comfort Heating. I have water leaking at the bottom of the furnace. I called Comfort Heating and Haley was very helpful getting an appointment set up quickly. And Jake came in today and identified the source of the problem immediately. Unfortunately parts need to be ordered, but Jake went through and tightened screws on a cover that will hopefully slow down the leak until the parts are here. He also did a check up on the furnace (3years old) and cleaned what needed to be cleaned. He was also very helpful answering questions / concerns I had, and Jake did a great job and with patience, answering my questions. Thanks Jake and Comfort Heating!

I had a furnace from Comfort Heating Inc. Put in and it is running well. The technicians were knowledgeable in the installation and workings of it. The owner was very helpful in explaining the costs. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and professional in seeing that all the processes were completed. The technician Jake would come out to help in any way to make sure I was satisfied with the performance of the furnace. He was helpful in telling me how to work the thermostat and he hooked up the fan to run by itself. I would recommend Comfort Heating Inc. to meet your furnace and A/C needs.

Jake at Comfort Heating has done the preventative maintenance for our furnace, AC, and water heater for years. He's so knowledgeable and is always able to answer any questions we have. He even helped us identity when to get a new water heater so we didn't buy one before it was needed. This company is trustworthy and honest...not much more you could ask for when having someone to service one of your most important systems in your home.

Jake came in to install a new a/c unit in our new home. Professional, personable and thorough. Open to questions during the process, and he made sure it was all working as it should before he was done. Highly recommended.

Absolute class acts. If they were able to service my unit, was told that they are so slammed during the heat wave that they don't have any capacity for a while, but they gave me a list of other people to call that they were on good terms with instead of just saying "wait 10 weeks". You can tell a business by how they interact with people that aren't their customers yet

We just moved into a new home and our home wasn’t cooling property. The guys at Comfort came out same day and had the problem fixed same day. High recommend. Update. Had Chuck & Jake out to install a mini split for heating and cooling my garage and it works amazing these guys are fantastic.

My boiler for domestic hot water and floor heat was not working. They sent Jake the same day I called and he did a great job diagnosing several problems and made repairs. Very happy and highly recommend.
