We just bought our home and our hot water only lasted a few minutes. The repairman response was fast, he charged us $129.00 for the service call. He told us the heating elements were bad even though the water heater was only 1 year old. He quoted $1574.00 to "rebuild the water heater." We figured it couldn't hurt to try and replace the heating elements. It cost less than $40 (wrench included) for the parts at Lowes and fixed the problem. Since a same brand replacement water heater cost less than $500., the quote from Vincent's is shady to say the least. It makes us wonder how many customers have been robbed. Every time we see the billboard proclaim Vincent's #1 in St Clair County we cringe.

Very well. They were quick, effifcient, honest and came back a month after installation to verify all was working as expected.

Each staff member I interacted with was very professional and friendly. They were very quick to come out and evaluate the issue and provide options for solutions including addressing and explaining safety concerns. They seemed very honest and helpful and did a terrific job installing the new equipment as well as providing financing options. They also were very courteous and careful about not leaving a mess behind. Additionally they scheduled a follow up visit in one week to ensure all is working well. We were very happy to find them and highly recommend.

Marvin came out to fix our air conditioner, we needed a new capacitor. This was actually the second time Marvin came to our home, the first time being for an A/C tune up. Marvin is wonderful, very polite and nice. He never tried to up-sell us, either. We had actually tried to replace the capacitor ourselves (big mistake). He showed us what we'd done wrong and then corrected our (stupid) mistake. Now, the A/C works better than ever. We'll definitely be using Vincent's Heating and Plumbing for all our HVAC needs and requesting Marvin specifically.

I was very happy with our overall experience with VHP. I called at 8am because our furnace stopped working the day before and it was fixed by 11am. Michael (the service man who was sent over) was prompt, courteous, and very nice. No up-selling and no pressure, either. We will be needing a full replacement sooner than later (which we already knew) and we'll definitely be calling VHP and request Michael when the time comes. I'd definitely recommend Vincent's Heating & Plumbing.

I have them come out in the fall to tune up my furnace and a/c units. I've been using them about 10 years and have always been happy with them. They are excellent. They are fast and friendly and give great service!

Just under $10,000 for both furnaces and all duct work needed. Had an idea what I needed and what some of the problems were, but our set up very complicated, let the reps do their poking around to see who knew what. Three of the five were clueless concerning what I needed done outside the actual furnace, one other said putting in a return in the main living area impossible.

|

|Very impressed with sales rep from Vincent. Took his time, extremely knowledgeable, was the only one who noticed runs not completed. Was also the only one to correctly identify all runs and returns. He had several options on furnaces, Amana, was one on his list I had been strongly leaning toward (liked 1 million fire heat exchanger and warranty). I asked him at the end what would be his preference, Amana was something he had researched himself and had installed in his home. I also liked the fact that the company has been around awhile, and could stand by their installation warranty. Price was a bit on the high side, but not outrageous. Sales rep also said that their quote may end up a little bit higher, but really stood by quality of work. Very resistant to negotiations (which isn't always a bad thing).

|

|Tom was the main installer, had one helper. There was another tech that came in after they had old furnaces disassembled to help with install. Tom was awesome. His was super friendly, very courteous, everyone was professionally dressed. Tom was able to figure out the "impossible" return fairly quickly. Work was done quickly.

|

|Two years since install, and have been very satisfied with work that was done.
