From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was punctual, respectful of our home, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Our new Rheem system runs beautifully. The house is comfortable, the airflow is consistent, and it’s noticeably quieter and more efficient than our old unit. Our air conditioner died during the first startup of the season, so I went online to find a local service company. Based on the high reviews, I called Oakland Heating & Cooling (OH&C) and John (the owner) answered. I explained what had happened and he came out to assess what needed to be done. I received a quote the same day and approved it online. My installation was scheduled for two business days later. John and his assistant arrived 15 minutes early and the air conditioner was installed and running within 3 hours! John had me inspect the work (inside and outside) with him to ensure it was done to my satisfaction. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and will definitely be recommending OH&C to anyone I know that needs heating/cooling service, or installation.

Had a new furnace and AC installed by John at Oakland Heating and Cooling to replace a system that was end of life. Great experience and top quality work from start to finish. Communication was excellent, they were able to get us scheduled in within a week of initial contact, and work was completed on time and at a great price. Really appreciated John's knowledge and practical approach explaining everything and making sure we put in equipment that made sense for us. Oakland Heating and Cooling installed a new furnace to replace our 23 year old furnace. They made the process easy from start to finish. They provided a fair quote and answered all of our questions thoroughly and there were no high pressure sales involved. They were responsive to our follow up questions and helped get us on the schedule quickly. Installation was fast and they did an excellent job at protecting our home and cleaning up completely. They ensured everything worked before leaving and made us feel comfortable through each step. We will be replacing our AC next and will definitely be calling on Oakland Heating and Cooling.
