I scheduled the service to come out and check the AC system in my house that i just purchased. That said, the guy came out. was super informative and helpful. Cleaned up my AC coils and checked and set the correct pressure and during the entire time i learned so much on how the system works. thank You! and will use in the future for all my AC and home equipment needs.

It went well. The Unit was serviced, I was educated on the routine upkeep, and a leak was discovered and fixed.

I haven't had any problems with them. I haven't had any problems really need fixing but I just had them come out and do spring check up. They checked our air conditioning out and it was fine. That was their advertised special and that was what they gave me when they come out, they had a coupon I think. They were here on time.

Problems were diagnosed on a service call on a Thursday. An estimate was written for the work, and accepted. The crew showed up a little after 8 AM on the following Monday. The job took three days to complete. The crew was on the job throughout all three days - none of this working a few hours and then going to another job. Everything they did was explained. After the installation was complete, all the workings of the systems were explained. They did a good job cleaning up when they were done. My wife and I were extremely pleased with their professional attitude and the job they did. <br />

no problems with the job performed. They placed the thermostat in the wrong place at first, but moved it without any problems. Everything was done to our satisfaction. I would definitely use them again. <br />

My regular furnace wasn't working so they got a working furnace. I have a cast iron stove and they put a blower. They are dependable and reasonably priced. They just come and solve the problem for you.

I have always had very good luck with them. They can come in a timely fashion. They are usually able to help me with everything. They don't leave a mess. Last year I smelled gas around my fireplace. The owner came that evening while he was on his way home that night and he turned out the gas. It wasn't an air conditioning call. It was really hot. He took care of my immediate need. I would use them in the future.

Our AC stopped working and we called this company for service. They arrived, looked at the outside unit, came inside and asked to cut a hole in the side of our furnace. We wouldn't let them do this, of course. The unit is only 5 years old but they said we needed a new A/Coil for $1,000 or a new AC for $2300. They made this assessment after only a few minutes, said they could repair it the following week and left us with no AC during a heat wave. <br /> <br /> We called another company to get a second opinion. The other company found that the unit was low on charge due to a leak in a valve cap that did have an O ring. The second company replaced the O ring, charged the unit and left us with a working AC. The cost for the repair was $150.

THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY COME WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY. THEY NEVER LEAVE ANY TRASH BEHIND. YOU CANNOT TELL THAT THEY HAVE EVEN BEEN HERE.

My furnace went down Friday morning and he came and replace by Friday afternoon!!
