Unit performed after repair.

Excellent. The person that came to trouble shoot was so kind, honest and professional. So nice to have an honest company we can call.

We had them come out in January to look at two furnaces. Paid over $200 for the estimate. Signed a $311 work order. They came in February to "fix" the furnaces. When he was done he handed me a bill for over $600. Never said the furnace might possibly need a new computer. Didn't ask permission to add on to the plan. I paid the entire balance that day. My husband was livid that they did additional work without notice or permission. After many phone calls back and forth we were able to get some of the money refunded. The owner sent us a nasty email while we were out of town. Returned home to find that the furnace they had fixed was no longer working. (Furnace room is accessible from the garage and we believe may have been entered.) Fast forward to today, we find out the central air, which ran through that furnace system and worked fine last year, no longer works either. Basically we paid this company over $500 to fix a pressure switch on one furnace.

No problems after the repair. Technician was polite, professional and explained the problem adequately. The only problem was waiting for the replacement part from manufacturer.

Nice people! They were very nice. They actually were one of the few that figured out what was going on with my house, or at least helped me figured out. I told them what I thought and it ended up being that. There were very helpful, real nice, real nice.

Kapala was referred by another company due to distance. It was determined that the heat exchanger was defective and would be replaced under the factory warranty. The burners were not covered and I had to pay for that plus a small percentage of the heat exchanger. <br />

This furnace was installed in January 2005 (not by Kapala) and in 2009 I had a problem with it which resulted in the pressure switch needing replacement which was done (not by Kapala). In November 2012, the furnace stopped working again and I assumed that the pressure switch went bad again. Turned out that the heat exchanger was bad. I then found out that a class action lawsuit had been filed in 2007 and the furnace manufacturer lost their case forcing them to replace heat exchangers on previous models. <br />

I had the company service my twenty year old furnace several times and contacted them again when I was ready to replace it. They had installed my AC in 2001 and had been great with that system. The man from the company came on time and we discussed options on the replacement system. I chose a high efficiency furnace that coordinated with my AC system, He answered all my questions and gave me an estimate that I accepted, and took a deposit.

He was very informative and professional and followed up six months later to see how we were doing with it. BTW- we love the unit and highly recommend it to anyone who is seeking to cut down on their carbon footprint.
