Excellent service and communication though this whole process! Our furnace went out on 1/22/26 and Noah came out within a couple hours of me calling and did the diagnosis. Before he left, he left me with four nice heaters to use. I then received an estimate the next morning and moved forward. VERY reasonable pricing for furnace and AC. Today (1/26), Dan and Kenton came out for the install. They arrived on-time and did a fantastic job! Dan took some time at the end to explain the install & furnace and how things were done. They also did a great job cleaning up. Would not hesitate to recommend Platinum for your HVAC needs.

Our old furnace stopped working and we needed someone to come right away. We didn't want our pipes to freeze, so we called them. They were able to come right away within an hour to diagnosis the problem. We decided to get a new furnace and they were able to do it the next day. They didn't leave a mess for us to clean up either. They were very good to work with. Would definitely recommend them!

Exceptional service! Our furnace went down during a period of extremely cold temps, Platinum snuck us in the same day we called. Noah is Awesome! He is friendly, explained what was going on with our heater, quickly took care of the issue and had us fixed up and warm again in no time. The only place I could get to answer on the weekend. Very accommodating. Noah did a great job diagnosing the issue. Super nice and thorough. Moose replaced our furnace on Christmas Eve and made our Christmas warm and comfortable. Super friendly and professional. Knows his stuff for sure. Furnace went out on one of the coldest days of the year with our house at about 45 degrees. I called Platinum in the early morning and they were at my house within a half hour. Noah was polite, professional, and extremely efficient. I felt like I was being given the best advice and wasn’t just haggled for a sale. He was upfront with costs and didn’t waste any time. I will be returning to Platinum for all my needs in future!

Fantastic service so far. Everyone from Noah to the installation tech Moose installed perfectly and provided exceptional service. Some initial issues after installation but thats to be expected with the electronics of the system I purchased. Im sure a system without all of the bells and whistles would go even better. Looking forward to working with these guys for the foreseeable future.

I'm writing a review not because I've retained Platinum for any reason in the past, but just to share my experience from today. First and foremost: Noah the service tech was incredibly helpful when I spoke to him on the phone earlier. I'd like to thank him again for assisting me. He was able to remove me from their advertising list in just a couple of minutes. Secondly - I've never done business with Platinum but today I found myself on the receiving end of several suspicious-looking text messages that I did not opt in for and I did not request. Apparently Platinum managed to get my customer information from a different HVAC company that had gone out of business, and they decided that I needed to be bothered with text advertisements on a Saturday morning. I work late nights. I like to sleep in on Saturday mornings. I do not like getting woken up with spam garbage on a Saturday morning while I'm trying to catch up on sleep. What a scummy practice; buying people's information and then spamming them with unwanted garbage. I'd sincerely hope that Platinum's management reconsiders their advertising practices moving forward. Five stars for how helpful Noah was. Zero stars for everything else. Edit: I'm bumping this up to four stars because I can appreciate that Platinum responded promptly with a sincere apology.

I called Platinum first thing in the morning with a non-working furnace and talked with Noah who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He scheduled me for later in the day, but then called back as he had some time open up early. Once at the house, Noah worked quickly and thoroughly to diagnose the problem and guided me through the whole process so I would know what happened. He found a solution and explained it clearly, gaining my trust in the process. Noah was fantastic and I appreciated his dedication and professionalism! I would highly recommend both him and Platinum Heating & Cooling.

We had a great experience with Platinum Heating & Cooling! Noah came out two separate times to ensure our system was working properly. He was extremely helpful in explaining everything and professional.

If I could give 10 stars I would give 10 stars. 1/25/26 I had two units at my apartment complex with no heat and Noah was out within two hours to get these two units repaired. He was extremely kind. He went above and beyond and even helped guide my maintenance tech through things and showed him every little thing that he was doing so my maintenance tech could understand extremely impressed with a customer service.

Noah was extremely helpful and courteous. He was on time, tidy, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix our problem and explain the issue so we could understand what made our furnace stop working. He gave us a temporary fix in under an hour and scheduled us for the permanent fix the next day. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Fantastic work. Very communicative during the entire process and I felt like a valued customer and partner. Noah is the man! Super friendly guy and open to questions and troubleshooting right away! I got the furnace tuneup and Noah installed some gas shut off valves for my range and dryer.
