My 30 year old furnace finally quit. Josh, the owner, gave me a couple of fair and reasonable quotes and I decided to upgrade to a new Rheem high efficiency furnace. Jeremy and his apprentice did a great job with the installation. They were professional and detailed in their work and gave thorough explanations during the process. They addressed all my concerns and even did a great job cleaning up. Very pleased with service received from Jay who did the initial inspection, Josh, Jeremy and his son, the apprentice.

When our furnace stopped working late at night, I contacted several companies and Lyons Heating and Cooling company was the only one to respond at that hour without an answering service. The manager fit us in early the next day, the technician arrived promptly, and quickly diagnosed an issue with a part on the unit. He explained our options and had heat back on in an hour. Workmanship was excellent, the price was fair, and the technician, Jay, was both nice and professional. Highly recommend for fast, reliable furnace repairs.

I’ve used Lyons Heating and Cooling for inspections on my furnace because I have a Home Daycare! This is the first time I called because my furnace wasn’t working, it was 20 degrees outside and felt like 40 inside, and I had kiddos on their way to daycare. I decided to call Lyons and they sent someone out ASAP!! They sent Rob out and not only did he solve the problem but was very informative on which filters would work best, and why the problem occurred! Rob work to get everything back in order before the day truly begin with the kids and that was much appreciated! Had an emergency with our hot water heater. I was having a hard time trying ti find someone to come out the same day to fix it. But I called these guys up and Rob was over here within an hour. And got my problem fixed in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend these guys if you need work done. In and out with no problems. They are friendly and fast! I had Lyons htg service my 29 year old trane but said I should think about getting a new one. Josh gave me an amazing deal on a York furnace. Jeremy & Zack did a great job installing my furnace today. They were polite & very informative during install. They arrived on time and ready to work. I even felt like they went the extra mile by educating me on safe carbon monoxide detectors. Whole process went smoothly from start to finish. Josh my salesman gave me an excellent price which helped tremendously because me & my wife are both on a fixed income. I’ve used Lyons twice now & was lucky enough to have Josh as my salesman both times. He beat the price on 3 other quotes this time. Lyons had my furnace installed by the following business day after my 30 year old furnace stopped working unexpectedly over the weekend.
